This place is awful. The nail tech knicked me like 5 times and wasn’t gentle at all. Super rough and rude. Didn’t listen to me when I asked her to politely fix one of the nails. Instead made a big seen saying that it looks fine. Definitely won’t recommend and won’t be back. It is so hard to find good places in Anchorage.

What a great little place. Made an appointment a few days earlier was able get seated quickly. First time trying Pro nails. Loved my tech Mona! Its hard to find someone that gives a great massage but she was fantastic. Will be back as soon as I need a polish change!

Do not go here. I just got a pedicure from Kim. She cut 4 of my toes in multiple places. After she cut my toes I asked her not to put my foot back in the dirty water and to just rinse it instead. She then splashed the dirty water up onto my foot instead of using new clean water. I asked her to stop using the cuticle cutters on my toes and she continued to use them. She then complained that my nails are too short and that it was my fault. I picked out a soft peach color and she tried to put neon orange on my nails. I am leaving this salon with multiple bleeding toes. I am extremely disappointed, in pain, and I still spent the $65 for the pedicure. I will not be coming back, and if I could give them zero stars I would.

Absolutely the worst nail experience I've ever had. Went in for a refill on Sunday May 4th, today is May 6th and my nails are already chipping. The lady cut my fingers 6 times with the dremel machine. Told me what I wanted wasn't pretty and that she would do her own thing. I explained what I wanted at least 4 times. She was rough and rude. I wish I knew her name. I would never recommend this place. So unprofessional. I'm from out of town, but I really thought there was a set standard for nail techs. Not there. Also they charged my son $25 for a clear gel coat. Outrageous. I wish I hadn't paid, considering I'll to have my nails repolished today. Not a happy customer.

My daughter & I get our manicures & pedicures at Pronails every month and it's a wonderful time & our nails look beautiful every time. Everyone working here are the best and nicest!!!

I went in for a pedicure and nails, I didn’t get want I wanted my nails look like a toddler did them a complete waste of 3 hours and almost $200 , the nails have gaps and they horrible, no time to get them fixed .. worse service EVER

Got my nails and toes done! The lady who did it did a wonderful job! Did exactly what I wanted and didn’t seem to mind when I didn’t like a color and very willingly switched to a different one! Will definitely be going back

Not recommended for people with disabilities. Even though we’ve been going to Pro Nails fairly regularly over the last couple of years, the staff have become increasingly uncomfortable with my friend who has progressed from a walker to wheelchair due to ALS. No one wants to be the one to give her a pedicure, they don’t look her in the face or try to talk to her, and don’t even ask what type of pedi she’d like anymore. They can’t wait for us to leave, as if we were an embarrassment or bad advertising to have a disabled person in front of other customers.

My girl went here to get her nails done respectfully. She showed the lady what she wanted before they began and the lady said she can do it. Then once she started to do her nails the lady said she cannot do that. If she couldn't in the first place, why say yes??? The basic french tips that she settled for did not turn out well either. Also, the customer service needs some work. People pay you... but yet you get trashed talked on & mocked??

I was able to walk in and sit right down. I got a pedicure and the woman I had rubbed my legs and feet for such a long time it felt amazing! Then she did an absolute beautiful job on my nails and I'm kind of picky when it comes to my nails too. They were so kind and the environment was very relaxing and calming I thought. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place.

Had the worst pedicure of my life. I was trying to treat my best friend to a pedicure for her birthday. My friends manicurist took great care of her thankfully and Gave her a long massage and he did a beautiful job. My lady was rude and gave me a half-ass massage. She nicked my toe, I was bleeding but I was trying to be polite. She didn't acknowledge it or care. Next day I woke up my toe is throbbing and painful I'm suffering from a bacterial infection I think her name is Mae?! Idk when my feet were drying a customer whispered to me her name and said she refuses to get her toes done by her. What a disappointment! I will never come back.
