Terrible company. Awful experience every single time. Please someone open up more respiratory supply companies this can not and should not be our only resource for critical respiratory supplies. Geneva woods was 100 times better when they had a respiratory department and more compassionate for clients. They deny kids for life support equipment because of owed balances and they don’t offer the help to find a solution.

Horrible customer service. Liz the manager never calls you back and is not proactive about helping only tells you how she can't help. They never send me supplies. The only time I got supplies I had to go get them and they gave me the wrong mask and now refuse to fix it.Don't bother with Northwest Medical either they are just as bad.Hopefully Prodigy will take better care.

Try to get someone on the telephone.You have a better chance at talking with Satan than getting someone from Procare to answer the phone! And when they do you’ll get transferred to someone who has no clue. Then they hung up lol How do these businesses stay open? I have a wheelchair supplied by Procare, after my negative review they refuse to supply replacement parts.Anyone want to join me in a lawsuit?

I have had the best experience with ProCare all because of Renita.Renita went above and beyond for me, stayed on the phone with me until all of my questions were answered, and provided an exceptional level of customer service. My order was processed very quickly and it was all done so very smoothly because of that. I can’t thank Renita enough for everything!

I called the office and sent my info in an email as requested. After several call back and emails I gave up. 3 weeks later they finally call back and said they had issues because of shipping. They didn't even look at the address I gave in my email and were trying to ship my equipment to somewhere I hadn't lived in several months. Better communication could have easily fixed this issue.

Not off to a very good start. My cpap was ordered Feb 17, per tracking they received it Feb 27. It is now March 27. II called and they have no record of me in their system. I even offered them the serial number and tracking number to three different people before the third person I spoke to seemed interested in really helping me. Yet to be seen. I will update this review for the better I hope depending on the outcome.

There are internal communication problems with this company. I asked for my auto order for my CPAP supplies but it wasn't logged as needed just complete. Insurance was billed for supplies that I never received.Final straw was when I received a bill for the unit that I couldn't get supplies for. I returned the unit and was told the bill isn't creditable due to me having a machine. Might be decent if you live around there office. Wouldn't recommend if you are remote.

This review appears to be a common theme. Utilized the Wasilla office. First encounter pleasant and efficient. 2nd to pick up CPAP/supplies. I'm an experienced user. They did not have the headgear I currently used so given another to try. Did not like it. They said they would send what I requested. Took 3 weeks and 4 mistakes before receiving the correct gear even after providing pictures, name, serial #'s of requested equipment. Told at the beginning to send in SD cards each month X 3 and at the end they would download data to confirm compliance and inform my sleep provider. Not done. When I followed up they said I had to take the machine with SD card to my sleep clinic. Set up appointment and upon arrival they informed me they don't have the software to download the info, Procare would need to do it. The clinic said this is a constant problem along with lack of communication and do not refer to Procare because of poor customer service. Drove back to Procare to provide the SD card and told it would be at least 48 hours to download. Finally received confirmation the information forwarded to my provider and I could obtain new supplies. As this was Friday morning told them I would be there on Monday. Arrived Monday afternoon and no supplies. Told them to mail them. A week later the equipment arrived but lacking the hose. Another phone call and a week later the hose arrived. I can't believe I'm an anomaly. I politely told the office staff of my displeasure on my last visit with 3 staff members present. You could tell by the body language this is a common experience and the "We're sorry" was rote and overused. I'm a retired medical provider and medical services business owner. This is not an employee problem. This is an ownership/management problem. I tried to contact ownership directly but after 10 minutes on hold decided this was the only recourse. Suggest utilizing other companies.

Their overall communication is lacking. Every single time I would call I would get a different person, who would then give me completely different info. My experience was not fantastic and I do not recommend.
