The customer service and staff's willingness to meet our needs were truly impressive. Robin's professionalism was noteworthy. The facilities were well-maintained and in excellent condition. For storing valuables in a heated facility, this place is highly recommended.

The wonderful sweet lady Robin that works in the office at Publix Self Storage-Dowling is the most kindest person I've ever met shout out to the awesome maintenance crew ( Adam )over at the Dowling location as well . if you're making a move, you won't be disappointed the publix self storage Dowling location will get you through it! Robin was amazing! She helped me quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and made the whole process super easy. She even set up my lock for me, which I really appreciated. Fast, friendly, and super helpful — highly recommend this storage location!

Absolutely love this place, amazing customer service, love how secure everything is, security is great here, prices are really good for what you are getting. I love how they keep the units heated. The hallway units are the best. If you need a storage unit I recommend them. Hallway units have tall ceilings so u can stack things pretty well. No rodents or bugs. Everything is clean the staff are friendly, can’t go wrong with Publix Self Storage:)

I’ve had a storage area here for more than a year and Robin was always helpful, polite, and very accommodating.. It has been a real pleasure to deal with the employees of this public storage. I’ve called a couple of times to ask questions and Jeffrey also has been more than helpful. Thanks for a great experience!

I've had a few units over the years between a couple of Publix locations in Anchorage and this location is the best. The units are clean, safe, and secure. There's plenty of room to maneuver any vehicle. The staff is very nice and helpful.

JC was super helpful. Having never rented a storage unit before, he took the time to thoroughly explain all the procedures, security features, insurance, etc. he took me on a tour and showed me the available units, making sure I got one that best suits my needs.
