If I could give zero stars I would. I went in a couple times. I check products and check to see reviews before I usually purchase. I went in and this woman INSISTED that the hair was 100% human hair and I had to head out of town next day. I went to go wash human hair which you should have no problem doing and the second water touched it it turned in a rats nest. This hair was more of a costume wear once and twice 30 dollar wig. I paid closer to 300$ and it was probably one of the lowest quality cheaply made wigs I’ve ever purchased. When I let the owner know she said she was too busy to address my concerns and kept my money. I was not happy with she gave and it seemed to me she knew she was ripping me off. She just didn’t care. I lucky had enough to go some where else where they did a demonstration before I bought the hair to show me they don’t lie if they tell me it’s real human hair. Now I get asked if the hair I have is my real hair the other hair looked like a dolls hair the first day you get and doll hair after your child gives it a hair cut and the dog chews the head. Terrible how they do business and don’t take accountablity for basically stealing peoples hard earned money! I will continue to warn people about the bad business and lying about the low quality of products

I came by on a Monday morning at 11:16 AM and the store is completely shut down. Nobody is there, no lights, nothing. You guys advertise on Google and on your door that you open at 11. Very disappointed.

The owner is quite an act. I came in and she was very snappy and seemed as if my presence annoyed her. As usual, I tried to make conversation to lighten the mood, her response: less than pleasant. Black women, go where you are appreciated and you're not be exploited. This place has several negative reviews and I see why. They want you dollar but they have no respect for your humanity. Buy from black owned online when you can and if you can't head over to Muldoon, the man that works there is kind and at least pretends to care.

bought a wig yesterday for my trip could not try it on in store .. took it home and it was too big brung it back to exchange and was told i couldn’t . no lace or anything was cut i had receipt and original tags and packaging attached . No where in the store does it state you can’t do exchanges or returns . Horrible customer service i shop here all the time this is the only one i come to Autumn knows me and refuses to exchange for a different one . Disputed with bank ‼️ Do not recommend spend your money where u will be respected , appreciated \\u0026 where they have a return or exchange policy .
