No receptionist. No way to talk to someone, just a room with a door and a kiosk. Not over the phone. Not in person. Literally entirely reliant on imperfect automated systems.

After reading all of the horrible reviews I fully expected a terrible experience. I was pleasantly proved wrong. The check in was easy and I was called on time. My technician was friendly and professional. My labs were completed quickly and without any issues. Overall, I would recommend this lab completely.

Xiou (sp) was so great to work with at Quest on Laurel in Anchorage! I do not love getting my blood drawn & she was fantastic! Super personable & efficient. I will ask for her if I need to go back.

Absolutely garbage. Was the only person waiting in the clinic. Checked in well before the end time and was turned away. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. When asked why I was there, they clearly didn’t read the check in. Pure laziness. Will never go back.

Make an appointment! Arrived at opening for a fasting blood test with my newborn. After 50 mins my name kept getting booted down the list. And I had to leave to It will literally be impossible to get a fasting blood test at this location as a walk-in.

This place is so obnoxious. I came Friday at noon, waited an hour, got brought back at 1:04, she couldn’t scan my order because it was after 1pm and they can’t do drug screens after 1pm. Whatever…then the chick told me I should’ve come in earlier. Um no…So I come today…at opening, get on the waitlist again…I have now been here for 4 hours. Around 11 some chick came in saying her appointment was at 12:40…i’m sorry you can take someone back that has an appointment in 2 hours but not a waitlist person who’s been there for 4 hours. Make that make sense. Just asked the worker what was up and apparently since I checked in before 9am I wasn’t able to be seen/stay on the waitlist, since I’m here for a drug screen. Seriously??? I checked in at the right time but got seen too late the first time…and now I’m checked in too early????? Why is that even a thing. It’s unfortunate there aren’t many other options because I highly doubt people would voluntarily deal with this otherwise.

The overall experience with the employee was fantastic. However The lobby is kind of cold meaning there was no one at the desk window to greet you. And the kiosk is a touch screen so multiple people are touching it. There were some people who needed assistance but everyone was in the back. It would be nice if there was some admin in the front who could be available for questions.

If only Google allowed zero stars. I have been to this location twice, once to participate in a clinical study, and once for a drug screen. BOTH times I waited over an hour only to be turned away. First time because they only accepted certain appointment days for the specific draw (I had an appointment, and I had called ahead to confirm that it would work that day, so I could get time off work). Second time because they only do drug screens in the mornings of certain days (me, a walk-in this time, who arrived within their morning window, but was not seen in time, plus two other people who did have appointments, all had to leave and won’t be able to get necessary drug testing for several more days). The waiting room is extremely hot, with a short loop of mind-numbing tv on repeat, loudly, telling us how great Quest is. There is no human being behind the check-in desk — just a kiosk with prompts that are useless if you have ANY questions about a particular situation. Not to mention if you don’t speak English well or read well, you’re toast. The folks who work there seem nice enough and I am not blaming them. But WOW it is just beyond unacceptable “care.” I usually take great joy in writing positive reviews, and typically have a LOT of grace for mediocre experiences — I have literally never once left a review below 5 stars before, as I just let it slide if it’s not great. But I am just so furious that this absolute BS is often the only option we are presented with. Do better, Quest. If you have ANY way to avoid them, go elsewhere.

Used to be easy and efficient here. Not this week. My appointment and services were soooo disorganized from the first phlebotomist. She tried to clear up the confusion, but the 2nd phlebotomist in the afternoon had to try to correct her work. 3 hour process going from Quest, to my PCP office, back to Quest, and issues to complete labs not fixed. Very annoying since I had to be fasting, and now have to go back for more blood draws. Tech issues online and QUEST app are miserable! Can’t log in anywhere to view lab status or make an appointment. Online and app not working. If there were recent system changes, they are causing LOTS of problems!!! IT needs to fix a lot of issues here.

Awful. It was absolutely awful service in the lab, and their billing department got it all wrong. When trying to fix things over the phone, I was unable to reach anyone. I have a bill for 500 bucks on my table that is now late, yet I'm ceratin that my ins. will cover it in full. The problem was Quest submitted the claim without including the Group Number from my ins. card. So, the claim was denied because Quest it filed incorrectly. Now Quest wants me to pay the bill in full and remains hidden behind really impossible phone trees. Goodness gracious.

I absolutely love being able to make an appointment online from the email that Quest sends me when lab orders are received. This allows me to spend less time waiting and more time running errands while I am so far away from home. THANK YOU!
