Great experience. I had a couple issues with my dryer. Decided to see if it was worth fixing. Technician was Randy. Very polite, timely, and knowledgeable. Open about cost and recommendations. Made sure that everything was working and clean before he left. Very reasonable prices and I’m glad I avoided tossing a good dryer that was easily fixed.

If you need a freezer for just over the warranty period of 6 months, and you want to pay Reliable Appliances technician to come out about a year after you bought it to tell you there is literally nothing they can do to fix it, and if you then want to load up your now useless giant freezer and pay to have it dumped, so that you can now go buy another freezer, you’ve come to the right place.
Don’t waste your time, or your money.

Josh & his team at Reliable Home Repair, provided me quotes for the various projects I had. Their detailed, quick response was impressive and we were able to get my project scheduled straight away. When project day came, they notified me they were headed my way and arrived on time. In the middle of the install, they discovered the box that included the ceiling fan was missing a piece of hardware. They drove to a local hardware store to get the missing item. The job was completed before the timeframe they quoted, they left no mess behind and took the time to show me all of the functions of my new ceiling fan! I had a 2nd project they quoted me for, (replacing bathroom fan/light combo), Josh offered to take the panel down and try to find a replacement for it. Once he did, he drove the new panel to me, and offered to install. I recommend Josh and his team! They provide outstanding customer service, professional, high-quality work and they go the extra mile! (Before & after photos attached!)
