I gave them money for an application and they never processed my application. They took my money and my time and did nothing in return, I wouldn’t trust these people.

The upper staff practice job security. This is detectable as Alaska has a less than 1% job growth rate. The higher staff positions don’t really turnover , but the lower wage jobs do. Rural Cap staff does practice pay inequality, it will be in their salary information.

I can't find anything they really do to help people in Rural Alaska?
