Friendly and helpful I couldn't make it to my first initial appointment but they scheduled for next day and I could drop it off day before to pick it up when it was done. They got done earlier than expected and it was just nice to have things go smoothly thank you safelite

I had a great experience getting the rear window of my truck replaced. I'm tempted to remove my alaskan badge(cracked windshield)...one of these days.

I would give zero stars if i could. After my vehicle failed shipping inspection due to broken glass. I booked my appointment with them 2 and a half weeks ago And rescheduled my ship date. "KAYLEN" called me two business days before my appointment just to tell me they can't get the glass. After i was transferred to "TRAIVS" who then said they been trying to get ahold of the dealer for the past two weeks. And on top of that they wouldn't honor they're price because they said the OEM glass changes in price significantly. I ask the price difference and they said it's a lot which i didn't realize a lot is a number. So I'm assuming it was to much to tell me. Supposedly the parts lady KAYLEN was in charge of getting parts but didn't do so till two days before the appointment and TRAVIS wouldn't honor the original price. I should have just went with the other companies out there at least they were honest and said there's not a glass in town and it needs to be shipped out. With them i at least got a price. But with safe lite i had a discount code to save $50 and trying to save $50 failed and caused me to have to wait even longer. Now i have to rebook my vehicle shipping day once again. I highly don't recommend safelite. Yes i know they are a bit cheaper but i would still call other glass companies and they will probably price match them. There's a lot of glass companies out there like speedy auto glass, Badger glass, need glass and ETC. at least with them they are upfront honest and get back to you the same day. Not two week later!It seemed like they were going to do the same to me as the other bad review. My original quote on the glass was $400 and they wouldn't tell me the price difference. They probably going to fix it and give me the major price difference and tell me the glass is already in and that i had to pay.

These guys did me a solid here two weeks ago. I went in to get three cracks repaired and was going to pay cash. When they saw this they asked about insurance, etc.. I told them I had USAA and they said USAA would cover it! The manager there saved me some out of pocket cash for sure on that one! Thank you!

Go somewhere else. Had our windshield replaced in June 2023. On the drive home I discovered the rear view mirror was loose. I have called repeatedly and been advised they are waiting on a part and will call when it is available. No one calls you back. If you try to call the phone number now, you cannot even leave a message, it just disconnects you if you don't go to the website.

This review is based solely on their phone practices.40 minutes on the stupid phone with a useless robot that would only ever send you the same link to their website, every time. No option to talk to a real person, as any time you get to the "Agent Que" it would ring twice then say "Oh, this is unavailable. Bye" and hang up on you.I LITERALLY JUST WANTED TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT WINDSHIELDS.

Worst service, It wasn't my insurance company that put me there, I would never go to satellite the first time I went, he said I was late, more than 10 minutes, so I had to reschedule, and the service was delayed until - a week later. The second time I arrived early on time he said my car smelled bad and had to be cleaned super clean to come back and I just had a pet dog I had cleaned and sprayed before I went and he said their staff sat It will feel uncomfortable inside, refuse to serve me for this reason, and warn me to clean it very clean, then come back and arrange again, the next 10 days of waiting I think next time he will definitely say that my car makes them feel uncomfortable Comfortable, rearranged again, I don't know what it means, I have been to my factory to maintain the car before, no one said, my car had a bad smell it seems that the customer is begging them, they are God. If you have a dog, don’t go to their they will not dislike you There is a smell in the car, and I keep changing the schedule for you as if saying that I don't want to do your service or business. We don't care about you you go away. I also saw the previous post. Some people wrote that their technology is not up to standard and there will be noise when installing a window, and the price is also very high. I suggest that you go to other places to buy half the price and install a new front window. I will never go to them because their service is terrible, and the special Rear some reviews say they are terrible too.

Fast to get me in. Came out and told me they wouldn't install the window for me because there was a spec of surface rust from a previous rock chip. They told me it wouldn't be safe to install because the window was rusted out. what a load of crap. They said the glue they use wouldn't stick to the truck, we are talking a 3/16x3/16 size chip don't give them your money in my opinion

Most incredible customer service I have personally ever experienced, not endorsed in any way. The techs are very talented and quick. No leaks or issues, just as if the glass were never broken following replacement on both front and back windows. The desk personnel are VERY outgoing, and assisted me for over half an hour, doing everything within reason to aid me with my claim through my insurer. They even followed up the next day to see if my appointment time was still ideal.I almost used Badger, I tried to use Toyota, and I'm SO grateful I used Safelite. They have my business now and ever more.

Great service, they seem to be very busy so make sure to set an appointment right away either through your insurance or directly with them. It took me about a week although you could pay $50 for them to go to your location and then they might have an earlier appointment.

I received a quote online and input my policy in the process. The site suggested I pay out of pocket which would be less than starting a claim with insurance. I selected to pay out of pocket. When I dropped off my vehicle the front desk was informing me otherwise, stating a claim was started and the quote was hundreds of dollars more. I tried to reason with the staff and manager and went nowhere. Inconsistent quotes and attempt to overcharge me hundreds of dollars. Staff could have been more professional as well. I'd suggest looking at other places than this place.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. The actual service of the vehicle started only about 15 minutes after it was scheduled, which is pretty good considering this place like all places is short staffed. The actual repair was very fast and again I'm happy, I wasn't expecting speed due to a shortage of employees, but the guys in there were moving fast and got it done in the time quoted! The front desk was very professional, helpful, and nice! I was super thankful for everything. I hope I don't have to return soon, but the next time I need it, this will probably be my first pick!

Tyler was above and beyond amazing! Was very good with communication, since I was at work. Helped me jump my car, and cleaned all the broken glass. 10/10 would recommend him, and Safelite. You should consider giving him a raise.
