Salonwax is hands-down the best beauty supply store in Alaska. Always has been. My trip to a competing store last week (NOT Salonwax) was very depressing as I bought the ONLY product on the shelves of three different products and there were two empty rows that had no product at all. Service at Salonwax is top notch, knowledge is top notch, and professionalism is unparalleled.

Great small business when your short handed sometimes on supplies. But not enough diversified products for all ethnicities. Davines is not great for 4C hair. And I’m talking about coarse hair not kinky or coily hair. And the italiwax is not great on course hair for waxing.Friendly staff. I will def give them a 5:5 on that. But the selection on products is a 3:5

The customer service here is awesome! I love the unique choices that I have unlike any other supply store. The quality of the goods purchased here is five star in itself. They continue to be the Leader industry Standards and Top Shelf Personal/Styling Care choices. I know when I walk in I getting already researched and proven quality front line game changing products. Why? Because the owner puts the foot work in so I don't have too. I'm busy behind the chair. I trust this place.

The customer service is 100‼️ Above and beyond. I was out of wax from a new supplier that I was trying out. So after searching, I found the “Salon wax” company and they got me my wax immediately. I am going to be a customer forever. They messaged back immediately and assisted me in every step.
