Sasha at Guaranteed Rate was the best! She always responds to texts and emails almost instantly, even after business hours if you work 9-5 like I do. She got me a great rate considering current market conditions. I am a first time home buyer, so I needed some help through the whole process and she was always there to answer my questions. I can't stop talking about how easy and fun the home buying process was. Sasha surpassed all expectations for my first home buying experience. She became not just a lender, but a mentor and even a friend throughout the process. I work two jobs and didn't know if I had the time to add on purchasing a home, but she made it so clear and concise the whole way through. I even found out my close friends and their entire family uses Sasha, and for good reason! It doesn't get better than this.
