Wow. Walked in and a couple people were in the store. They got a price quote and left. I was shopping for a dishwasher and oven. Not a hello, can I help you, NOTHING. I just walked out. I was in the store at least 15 min reading reviews. Horrible customer service. I've been in here before and same guy, same nothingness.

1:30 pm Saturday. Store is supposed to be open. People inside but the doors are locked. Nobody will even answer the phone. No sign on the door saying they are closed (says it is open from 10am-6pm). Was prepared to buy an appliance- sale lost.

Lots of run around being told different things. I bought a new washer and dryer that don't work a 3rd of what my old ones did. Alot of money for nothing

Yesterday was the THIRD time I attempted to visit this store (which, from the outside, seems to have a bountiful assortment of beautiful home appliances). Rather than the store simply being inexplicably closed during POSTED business hours, as it has been on my past TWO attempts, I instead encountered this amazingly unhelpful and unprofessional note on the front door. I’ve attempted calling this store multiple times (endless ringing) and have also reached out on Facebook (no reply). I have no clue what is going on, but I’m no longer surprised that 99% of Sears locations are now out of business. I suspect this store will be on the chopping block soon seeing as its sales must be abysmal since it is literally impossible to get inside to buy anything! What is the deal, people?!

Came at 4:57pm and they had the door locked. When their sign said closed at 7pm. The gentleman saw me knocking but ignored me. When getting back in my car I rolled the window as he was walking out to his car and asked if they were changing their hours. He simply ignored me and just got in his car and left. Change the hours on the door then!!!!!! Unprofessional

Super unhelpful. Don't even bother to call this place for an appliance. The standard answer is go to Sears.com and you can order on the website. No help from the employees. Why are they even here I can pick up an appliance from a shipping center I don't need these unhelpful people. The website does not give you a date the item will arrive and the appliance is needed prior to Thanksgiving!

Called today to ask about availablity of a refrigerator that would fit into a specific size opening. The salesman Keith stated that I must come into the store in order to purchase anything. I explained I want information and to see if they have a product that will work for me, he told me that they don't have any refrigerators in stock and it will take two weeks or more to order one. I asked if I could talk to a salesperson to see if Sears even has a product that will work for my size of opening and he said they have some basic models, but then again said I need to come into the store. The interaction was umpleasnt and he was completely uninterested in assisting me or transferring me to someone who would. I asked to speak a manager and he said he is the manager. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Was greated right away and the woman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. No pressure to buy and got good info on the washing machines

We just stopped in and the elderly man working was so rude. It's Saturday may 1 and we come in to purchase quite a bit for our new home I said good morning twice and he scowled and ignored us. He was helping another customer but he could have at least been friendly and received us. We looked around a bit and still nothing so we walked out. Hugely disappointed and won't be back. Rudest customer service ever

This store has very knowledgeable personnel. Travis helped me by walking through every range he had and explained the pros and cons of all. By listening to what my needs were, Travis was able to pinpoint the perfect range for me. I ended up buying a range hood as well. The selection of different appliances is amazing and for them to be able to answer every question without having to run to a book is a huge plus. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help figuring out what to buy with all the options available, these wonderful people know what you need.

Refrigerator purchased in July was delivered with a missing rear castor. Delivery team destroyed our kitchen floor and some walls getting it set up. Waited for the part now for three months. Now, again waiting for the part to be installed next week, hopefully. Still waiting on Sears to let us know when our home repairs will be done. Customer service and follow up have been less than minimal! This whole process has been a nightmare! I would not recommend Sears home store to anyone!

After Carl made calls to several appliance stores and got nowhere, I texted Sears. In fact a couple of Carl's calls got no answer and another said by October!!In 1 hour Sears via Alyssa had found us the perfect set, ready for pickup tomorrow am. She stayed on this dispite the wearhouse being closed first offering floor models, however they were too small. But she persevered. Scored me a beautiful Kenmore set.

It looks like their trying to revamp the sears brand, and its kind of interesting. It's a little more nice and sleek than their typical stores, and has a nice selection of tech and appliances. Would I prefer this over Best Buy: No. However, if you want to experience your childhood again, go ahead.
