Multiple times I've had my vehicle serviced at this establishment, I have not ever been let down. They always let me know if somethings up with my car and Pete's always a pleasure to talk to. 10/10

Was told to come back after 3 days “if any complications were to arise” and there would be no diagnostic charges due to being charged for diagnostics that same week. They switched around my spark plugs, my check engine light turned off and I was charged $144 for this service plus diagnostics (which is fine). My check engine light is back on, I have attempted to call 6 times in last 3 days and they are not calling back or answering my calls. Disappointed.

Always makes me feel valued as a customer!! My grandpa has been going here for 3 years, and I for two years now. Oil changes, tire changes and everything is taken care of. Speedy and direct service.

I've been to many auto shops. I finally went by to senior automotives and worked with Pete.I never had anyone treat me with kindness like this before. I was actually very overwhelmed.I was just released from the hospital and I wasn't feeling to great. Pete made me feel like I was a human being and not a number.Thank you so Pete to you and your staff. I took my car here for a new water pump system ??? Pete told me that I needed one back in June, and I waited until September with no issues the entire summer. I am a young woman and don't know much about auto mechanics; however, I wish that I had read some reviews before I chose one or that someone has told me that this situation could possibly happen. Brought my car in on a Tuesday and was told it would be done in the next day or two. Picked it up Thursday afternoon. Drove it less than ten miles, and it overheated and battery died. Barely made it off the highway to a side street. Had to call a tow truck and have it towed to the shop. I paid at first but eventually, I was reimbursed. The friend who was with me had to walk a mile in the rain with my dog home and I got a ride with the tow truck. The mechanic did not fully screw on a couple of bolts and caused the damage. It was 100% their fault. They admitted that. Car sat there for a week for a $22 part that he could not get from in state. I had a friend staying at my place watching my dog while I was out of town and he was stranded without a car his ENTIRE TIME HERE. I am a teacher and had to take $30 Ubers to work twice a day and was out hundreds of dollars. He apologized when I went to get it, but it hardly was enough. I'm not mad anymore because there is nothing that I can do, but I suggest going somewhere else. This was such a monumental financial burden and time suck. I feel like I should've been comped for some of the work or the cost of all the Ubers, but Pete's response to me asking was, "No, mam." I don't have any resentment at this point, but just want to warn other people to try somewhere else or get something in writing about what they will do if they don't fully fix the problem. I don't have a lot of money and this has affected my life :(

Pete is great. He goes the extra mile is straight up with you and has great communication. I have brought my car here several times they always take great care of my vehicle
