Was told to come back after 3 days “if any complications were to arise” and there would be no diagnostic charges due to being charged for diagnostics that same week. They switched around my spark plugs, my check engine light turned off and I was charged $144 for this service plus diagnostics (which is fine). My check engine light is back on, I have attempted to call 6 times in last 3 days and they are not calling back or answering my calls. Disappointed.

I've been to many auto shops. I finally went by to senior automotives and worked with Pete.I never had anyone treat me with kindness like this before. I was actually very overwhelmed.I was just released from the hospital and I wasn't feeling to great. Nothing but a horrible experience! Always rude on the phone, forever changing dates on when vehicle will be prepared, AND after the invoice was paid they did more work and charged us. We never agreed to these new repairs nor new charges.
