Thiefs !!! Do Not shop here.!!!The will steal your money.I purchased 3 travel size perfumes on 6/29/23 and when I got home that night one of the bottles was EMPTY. Completely dry empty. I went back the next day and they refused to refund me stating " we don't accept empty bottles of perfume" . Dude ...you sold an empty bottle. The Sephora "manager" named Bryce said he would "look into it" and check surveillance cameras but never got back to me. This is a SCAM they are running there. 4 days later I came back and spoke to the KOHLS "manager" and all he said all he could do was to give me their corporate number ( that no one ever answers).People, do you self a favor and go to the Sephora at the mall. You will get outstanding top notch customer service by the outstanding manager Cassie Cowen. Don't take a chance at the Muldoon Sephora. It's not worth your aggravation.

Awesome customer service felt right at home. the sales clerk was very warming and help me to her best ability. I've been using the product she recommended and have noticed my skin is more even and my hyperpigmentation is going away.

It's nice to have this closer so I can get my wife what she needs when I come into town. The gals in here are super helpful. I don't know anything about this stuff, I bring a list and they help me find everything! They're always so nice and pleasant.

My mom has been trying to get me that $35 pink bag since I’m out of town and don’t live near a Sephora at Kohl’s. They have been giving her the run around. She went there Saturdays and Sunday and they told her to come back and/or call Tuesday, what did she do? She did exactly that. They told her “we don’t know if we have any come back tomorrow (Wednesday)” It’s Wednesday, she went there and I personally called and they said “they sold out last night” meanwhile there’s one sitting on the shelf behind them. They’re gatekeeping this product and saving it for themselves and their friends. They told my mom that people PRE-PAID for them and they’re on hold for certain people. Make it make sense, I didn’t know these were available for pre-payment? If that was an option from the beginning why wasn’t she made aware or offered the same courtesy? I’m looking forward to filing a corporate complaint.

Staff was really helpful and color matched me for a new foundation and new face cream to help with my dry skin. the gal also got me signed up for the rewards. It was a fun experience, I had never been in a Sephora before and I will definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had purchased almost $250.00 worth of products about a week ago there. At that time, there was only a short guy working the counter, which was no help whatsoever. I went in today to return a item, and the feminine guy with the long nails acted like I was trying to return a false item and insisted that I did not purchase it there. He was VERY rude and so were the girls standing behind him gossiping about me. They made it very obvious. The manager said she would look into it and took my receipt. After 10 minutes of waiting, the long haired guy, the short girl with cornrows, and the girl with the pink/red hair we’re continuing to gossip with me and my husband standing right there! The manager finally comes up with the loss prevention/security guard and said that I did NOT purchase it there and refused to even look at the sephora app where it showed that I was there at the Kohls/Sephora a week ago. Much less, even listen to what I was trying to tell him what the error was. He said he had no idea what I was even talking about as far as the Sephora app goes. Apparently, what had happened was when I was there a week ago, he rang up all my products, BUT that item i was returning, and charged me for two items that I did not even purchase. They made me feel like criminal and insisted I was lying. All I wanted to do was return the item! I agree with all the reviews on here. My husband and I will never step foot in that Kohls/Sephora again. The Sephora at the mall is 100000000’s times better and they are way more professional and helpful. Corporate really needs to take the seriousness of uneducated misuse of employees there. They definitely need to dress better and have better hygiene as well, not look like they just woke up from being at the bar all night.

Bought my girlfriend a few things and watched they type of customers that they have to deal with, based on reading reviews like Susan's, a decent majority of these reviews are super bad faith and not reflective of the staff/store. good luck to the staff with dealing with all the Karen's in tikhatnup.s. most likely a group of people that mass reviewed, no way that many have "gossiping" by chance with the little amount of reviews this place has

I agree with all the reviews here. The sales associates were very unprofessional. Gossiping and congregating at the cash wrap area. Not sure why they were so rude, I mean if you can’t be bothered to work at your job maybe you should look for another one. I will stick to the Sephora at the mall.

I was very disappointed with the associates at the Sephora in Kohls. There was one associate who was nice, but not one person greets you when you walk in. I would say most of the salespeople were all at the registers congregating and when I walked up to ask for help they seemed annoyed except for the one sales associate. One in particular was extremely rude. She was a young African American lady. She was walking around in her winter coat helping a customer and very rudely said excuse me and walked into me. Very unwelcoming, I will stick to the Sephora in the mall, they are much more professional. Would not recommend at all.
