The salesperson named Maria at Sephora was a true gem in customer service. Upon my visit to exchange a perfume, she not only gracefully accommodated my request but also went above and beyond to honor a price adjustment, displaying exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. Her patience and kindness were evident throughout the interaction, making the experience truly delightful. Her commitment to ensuring my happiness surpassed my expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed and grateful for the outstanding service provided. Lovely ?While my overall visit at Sephora was largely positive due to the exceptional service provided by one salesperson, unfortunately, I encountered a contradictory experience with another individual in the past, supposedly a manager/supervisor. My sister and I approached her regarding a sale-labeled eyeshadow, seeking clarification to ensure the discount applied to the right product. Initially, she agreed. However, during checkout, the discount didn't reflect, and when approached about it, she denied ever confirming the sale, essentially refusing to honor the price. This experience was disappointing as it felt like a breach of trust, where she misled us directly, impacting our confidence in the store's integrity.

I went into Sephora tonight with a whole list of questions and products I was looking for, and I was not disappointed! Lucero is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly salesperson who had thoughtful recommendations and found exactly what I needed—plus, her foundation color match was spot on! It was the perfect beauty shopping experience, and I will be a repeat customer!

If you’re Alaska Native you will not get helped at this location but instead treated like you’re wasting the staff’s time. I was super excited to finally get a new foundation today. I was there forever it seems, looking. After stopping a male employee named Jade, who was busy on his phone, I asked for help inquiring Estee Lauder’s new foundation. He was unpleasant, unfriendly, there was nothing inviting about him. He was even annoyed being asked if he worked there. I started asking him questions about the new formulas. He flamboyantly huffed and puffed like I was wasting his time. He walked me over to the Estée Lauder section and started looking for information on his phone. I asked for a new color match, he did that. But when it came to asking about the new foundation that came out, he annoyingly replied, “I thought you wanted this one!” I told him no, that it was the old formula I used and that I was interested in the new one. He huffed and puffed again. After that I had enough, I informed him that I didn’t appreciate the way he was talking to me. All the assistance he gave was haphazard and not genuine. He was just plain rude, unhelpful. He actually begged to start over and even tried to get my name which he should’ve done in the first place. I informed him I was done. The world has become such an ugly, hateful place. Stay away from that store, I knew I should’ve just ordered online.

It was pretty busy but that's to be expected at the time of day that I went. Around 4:45pm. Due to that I wasn't able to find what I needed as quickly as I wanted to. And usually the associates ask if you need any help and they didn't even ask me today. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Their products are always top notch!

Walked in with some friends and wasn't greeted by an employee literally standing by the door, but she had no problem welcoming people who walked in after us. Saw another employee who saw us and walked past us.

Ladies if you are in need of your beauty products this Sephora is it. Every time I’ve gone inside someone is always ready to help out and acknowledges you. I always get all my questions answered to the best of their knowledge. Thank you guys for giving us great experience’s I appreciate your work ethic and professionalism. Also Jade! is everything. I wish I could take you to all my shopping experiences cause you are the best :)

Had a small issue with an online order for pickup with an accidental not placing product in with my order. We’re all only humans after all. I called the next day in regards of it, they had me come in and they took care of me. Management listened and showed compassion, she was just amazing and unfortunately I don’t remember her name. Overall most of the staff were pleasant and we’re willing to help out their customers. Thank you again!Clean establishment, fast checkout speed, very friendly!

The associates are so helpful! I always have a million questions about good skincare products. I just wish they had Jack Black products in store instead of only online.

I stopped by here with my fiancé and her best friend to get some various items and they were both very impressed with the selection, prices, and customer service, it was a nice experience and I even picked up some watermelon splash hand sanitizer.
