They were great from the very first phone call after we had a pipe leak and water damage. Came out immediately and got things taken care of. Thor and his crew were great! Super knowledgeable and so polite. Communication was excellent. Thor kept in contact and was here at the exact time he said for multiple days. Left no mess even after having to remove drywall and flooring. Would never use anyone else should we have another problem like this.

Service Master of Anchorage will be my go-to cleaning service for years to come. They are professional, friendly, and great at what they do.
I had a sanitizing job that needed to be completed for the safety of our employees and the readiness for our equipment to support our customers. It was very short notice, and these guys took care of us without hesitation.
A special thanks to Roy and Malina. These two responded immediately and produced excellent service.

They did not come out and do my emergency dried out. They came out and took pictures. When I asked for a quote they didn’t give it to me, they stated they deals with the insurance companies directly. When they found out the insurance company wouldn’t cover my claim, I NEVER received a phone call from them letting me know they would not do my home. They charged my insurance company almost $300 for coming out taking pictures…. Which I sent my insurance company pictures as well. I will NOT recommend this company!!! Communication is so important and this company communication is poor!!! As of today I still haven’t heard back from them!!! Again they DID NOT assist me with NO help at all!!!!!!!!

The employees of Servicemaster are knowledgeable, friendly, and they are thorough about how they handle the job hand. We felt complete trust in their approach. They answered our questions and made us feel we could contact them with concerns. A+

I would like thank Roy, Malina and Tj for all their support and hard work in providing the best and comforting support for the past 2 wks when my large shed storage collapsed due to heavy snow, I would also like to thank ServiceMaster of Anchorage for having these such good and hard working honest employees! So it all started one night washing machine, decided to explode, and flood my downstairs. I called my insurance around 10 pm, and they sent Service Master out they were at my door by 10:45, and they came in and were very pleasant to work with. Brandon and Thor checked every area and even went into my crawlspace. They sucked up all the water and set up fans and a dehumidifier . The next day they came back and they had talked to my insurance and removed drywall and flooring. They made everything pleasant and communicated over every step. Love these guys they are awesome.
