been in walking distance since they opened back up and love the owners but man i bought a strawberry milk today and after i drank it i just realized it was expired since JANUARY, please get staff to check expiration maybe monthly? i got a cheese danish to snack on but it has no expiration on it so im a little iffy to eat it, hate to waste my money like that

The nicest people ever! Stephanie helped me out when my phone was dying and I was far away from home! So thankful for their kindness. Their store was really nice and clean (I was there for a while haha) and had pet food/treats for sale & they even had some free treats to give to my dog I had with me!

Poor fuel pump maintenance or some other issue led to extremely slow pumping, so slow that it didn't trigger the automatic cutoff on the nozzle resulting in fuel spillage. Also poor engine performance after that tank. I would not buy gas here again.

They are under new ownership, and the place looks amazing. The service is great. But most of all, I'm just happy to have something close to home. Not to mention the folks running it are always happy to answer questions. Good job keep up the good work.

Under new ownership, fully remodeled inside with convenience store open. Great variety of snacks, drinks and other items. Great prices on tobacco and large vape selection too!

I used to buy smokes from this store on the daily when I had work across the street. The previous owners were polite & punctual.

The owner of this shell station is awesome. He volunteers for the red cross. The employees are really nice to my service dog. Great place for gas & soda. Also it's been practicing social distancing from beginning. Very safe.

The best thing that this gas station has going for it is that it's not 'the other Shell in Spenard". The prices here are generally about $0.20 cheaper than the other Shell a few blocks away (which false advertises its cash-only prices). There's way less traffic that goes through here. The interior is sparse. There's not much to eat or drink. It's only a small step above the "tiny kiosk" style gas stations attached to Carrs. It must be under new ownership, no longer is there house-made Asian food available. ATM fee is $2.50, which isn't horrible.

Beware of the pumps as they will pre auth your card for more than enough to feed a family then wont let you buy gas after it sucked it all off a credit card...

I've been going here for years. The owners go out of their way to make it safe and they are extremely friendly. They also sell hot homemade ribs for lunch and they have an excellent and eclectic candy selection. Nice people!
