Terrible customer service from the counter back. Does not return calls. The guy at the counter...useless.

These guys are charging the absolute highest prices for gas in all of Anchorage. $0.50 above the average for regular grade. Don’t get your gas from this price gouging station.

Heard loud noise under hood took it into shell young mechanic came out and realized my new alternator was making noise he got a new alternator in it that day. He is very excellent curious cares about the job he does I will take my thunderbird back for brakes owner is very nice great people thank you

Had an engine coolant leak and brought in my car. Said it needed a new water pump. Replaced it, charged $500. Fine, car seems good. About a week later, engine coolant leak. Huh..okay...? Now it's a cracked radiator. Another $500.My door hinge was sagging my door and I got a third party part to fix where the door closed on the chassis to lock. I provided the kit with instructions. Also told him my IAC motor needs replacing because my car would stall out when idled.Since I work nights, I told them I would pre-approve $500 of work so they didn't need to call since I would be asleep until the evening. The lady there said it shouldn't cost near that much, which I agreed. I woke up and came to get my car. They replaced the IAC motor, O2 sensor (which I didn't ask for) and fixed the door, charged me $500 bucks. Mechanic even thanked me for showing the third party door kit because customers had similar problems so he ordered some. I guess he'll over charge those customers too. $60 dollars in parts, $420 in labor (to replace things you don't even ask for).Oh 1 week later, engine coolant leak again. Do not go here.

Great place for the pop in and fill up. The pumps are nicely spaced and you can fill up even when they are closed. I've never been inside but it looks like they have anything a motorcade could need. One stop shopping at a busy interception.

No thanks...overall shoddy work by this shop. Tried to resolve issues that involved incomplete work and was totally ignored...will never patronize this establishment again.
