Everywhere online says 24 hours but they are closed from 10pm to 6am and they are very rarely there in the morning on time I get it but like some people need to get gas or cigarettes and be to work by 6 please fix the online open and close time thing or have employees who show up on time

the price of things aren't at all clear because they don't have a price tag on any item besides the price of gas, it's clearly better to buy at either Red Apple 🍎 or Holiday (Circle K). Absurd rules like no sun glasses (mine are transitions and prescription) inside. Then because it's hard to see what's available in slow and they rush because they think theft

If I could give her zero stars I definitely would. I’ve been coming to the store since I was very little, The woman disrespected me like I haven’t been helping pay her rent all her life. I’m disgusted on how she just treated me and I’m a very respectful person when it comes to people and she definitely is lucky that I transmute energy & don’t give it back!

Yes went to get gas use my card at the pump it swiped all my money off my card gave me no gas and I'm still waiting for my money back. All they had to do was cancel out the charge but no they haven't done anything Sephora when the lady came outside she swiped my card again for another $175 ran out of gas cars on the side of the road been there for 3 days now probably about to be towed and they won't give me my money back and I got no gas out of the deal 175 + 134 is what they swiped off my car that's an expensive gas trip for no gas

The workers were always very friendly to me every single time I have been there. Also I observed they were always working very hard and at the same time keeping an eye out on potential walk-outs without pay. Good people working there.

The cashier threaten to call the police on my husband and I because my husband came into the restroom with me briefly to block the door due to the restroom lock being broken and unable to actually lock. Also, there’s only one restroom available. She began yelling when we walked out. I contacted shell to file a formal complaint. We just arrived to anchorage due to change of duty station. Other customers just smiled and laughed awkwardly due to the scene that was being caused by the employee. Pick a different gas station!

I say the workers there are pretty nice but the owner, she wasn’t very happy for me to be there I guess. I asked the front desk to use the restroom and pointed me to the right direction and when I was washing my hands (that has absolutely no soap in there and the toilet seat was dirty) she knocked on the door and I responded. When I came out, she looked at me with such a mean face and told me to ask the front desk to use the bathroom next time and I was going to tell her I did, but the guy told her I did ask. Obviously my face was showing and not hidden at all with my hood partially on, she insisted I took my hood off as I was going to walk out. I did take my hood off. ???? I suggest owners stop judging people based on their looks. I was polite and kind despite how I felt like I was treated.
