Went with a friend while she purchased shoes. Not crowded at all. My friend received excellent service in selecting shoes. Lots of places to sit. Another customer, a dad, took his small child outside to run around the cool track that Skinny Raven has for trying out running shoes.

First Impressions.I was looking for another sporting store relating to jogging and hiking, and I came across quite a gem. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming as they will assist you with anything you may have in mind. Quality selections of shoes for various running/hiking activities, socks, energy gels, hydration bottles, and a few more accessories. It looks like they have a treadmill in the corner of the store; I'm assuming you can use it to try the shoes to get a feel for them. Overall, It is highly likely that I'll be coming back here to purchase what I may need later on.

There's nowhere better to get running shoes. Brooke was extremely helpful in finding a pair with the right fit. I'm still fairly new to running, so I'll take all the advice I can get. The environment is not intimidating.

There was teen working there, and they were very snobby and were making fun of people and talking down, but they did have nice stuff

We had to exchange and Xmas gift and the lady was so very helpful. She asked what size/color we needed and checked inventory at both locations. They didn't have what we were looking for so she gave us gift cards. Again, she was so helpful. Her customer service is Top Notch A+. I didn't catch her name but she was working on 1/28/23 at 4pm. She was just great.

Amazing knowledgeable staff !! I went in to but studded running shoes not only did they find me the right size but they let me try on and go outside to make sure I was satisfied but also gave me socks to use to get the appropriate thickness I would be wearing with the shoes ! I HIGHLY recommend them for new and old runners :)

Both locations were extremely helpful. I needed to find shoes with studs for my elderly aunt who has a weird foot size. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and we were able to find everything I needed for her.

Yooooo they took the time and really helped me understand what I’m looking for in a shoe and why certain features exist. They even have a little track to go around that helps you understand the difference between shoes. These guys are great!
