I bought a pair of Diadora pickleball shoes less than a year ago. These are shoes that are not used on a regular basis, so it was surprising, and disappointing, when there was a seam opening up. Skinny Raven manager says they will only support the shoes for 45 days and suggested I go to the manufacturer. I went to the manufacturer and they will warranty the shoes for TWO YEARS, but only if you buy them online. So, beware, best to try on the shoes at Skinny Raven and then buy them online if you want the warranty.

I have several foot and toè issues Skinny Raven always has a shoe which addresses my issues. I've never met a staff member who wasn't knowledgeable, and eager, to help me walk easier! My trips in follow the same pattern - I go in expecting to buy a certain brand knowing it'll be ok - they have me try on my brand, listen to my fit issues with it, have me try on a couple other brands and I walk out with a brand I brag about every day. Listen to the staff, they've always been right for me and they probably will be for you too!!

Skinny Raven caries my preferred brands and had the models I needed in stock. My new Altra road racing shoes worked perfectly right out of the box the very next day in the Skinny Raven 1/2 marathon; ran faster than I expected and got a very good result.

Great selection and merchandise is very neatly organized. I didn't see the shirt I wanted in my size. When an associate asked she, Anna I believe, said she could print one for me. Very happy that I got the exact shirt I wanted.

Excellent running shoe service and knowledge at premium prices with loads of delightful bits, bobs, and extras. Probably really the only place to buy running shoes in Anchorage, if you are serious about your shoes.

The lady that helped my husband was wonderful and listened to his concerns. The shoes he is in are awesome! His feet dont hurt anymore. Perfect fit

Salesman helpful at downtown store, and said I had 45 days to return if they didn’t work since I have foot problems and have a special insole. Tried them and after a wk decided there was no give at all between the toe and arch area. They were purchased Feb 11-23 and I called and asked about returning and was assured a return pkg was being sent (twice). Had to go to dentist in Anchorage, I live in Soldotna, so took the shoes with me. This is Mar. 21-23. My husband took them to the Diamond store while I was at dentist. The guy told him the 45 days had passed, date purchased is on sales tkt. FINALLY relented and gave him the refund! Don’t expect to return easily…..

Always have a great experience here. Brooke is VERY knowledgeable and she spent a significant amount of time with us, making sure everything was a perfect fit. She was WAY more informational for what we needed than the podiatrist we had previously seen.
