My husband and I have a storage unit here and the company is literally impossible to get on the phone. They do not answer. We need to speak to them about getting access for a moving company. Horrible customer service.

Hip modern atmosphere. Completely unacceptable wait times. 25 minute time turned into a 40 minute wait time. 15 minute wait to get our order taken. Waitress was very judgemental. She didn't approve of my wife wanting to share a plate with our 2 year old daughter. After another 45 min wait for our food we never received our food.

24 hour access. Plenty of parking. And well kept inside.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone from their office for a week now and no response. One of their customers has placed boards over my unit and I am concerned they may fall through the netting and hurt someone or damage my items. Hoping to hear back soon.

The managers of this place are rude and conduct business in a deceitful and unprofessional manner with no accountability. Definitely would not recommend using this location.

The lady is snappy and rude, I was suppose to a uhaul pick up at 1pm they didn’t show up until 1:30 and they couldn’t find my reservations. And she doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. And isn’t very tech savvy so she needs to ask her boss how to do it.

U-Haul rentals: The equipment was decent and overall clean, as to be expected. Prices were not bad. 15' Truck was very roomy. I would recommend if this is your closest U-Haul location, they charge ~$0.99/mile. Thank you!

Southside Storage is a great place to store your belongings. Very clean and safe. The manager Lester is always happy and helpful and just overall nice. I would reccomend the storage facility to everyone I know that needs to store lots of stuff or just alittle. Thank you Southside Storage :)
