Worst, most unhelpful and unprofessional service ever after my vehicle was violently rear ended by one of her insured. I spoke to Stacey Roy personally and she did absolutely nothing to assist me as I was stranded in the middle of an intersection in 8 degree weather. State Farm is a disgrace.

As a small business owner myself, I hate to write reviews like this, but when a business goes out of its way to misrepresent its clients, this forum is the only level playing field. I have been insured with State Farm through Stacey Roy for years now. When it comes to insurance, I am the individual who pays thousands upon thousands of dollars annually for coverage, but has never needed or benefited from filing a claim. This all changed when my wife's new vehicle was struck by a teenage driver while waiting to enter a roundabout. The young man acknowledged his error and provided my wife with his contact and insurance information. They then went their separate ways without involving the police. Later when my wife filed the insurance claim, the young man's story changed and they created an erroneous defense for his vehicle striking her car. Long story short, their insurance and ours went to arbitration and the conclusion was that we would not receive any benefit. My wife has tried to contact Stacey personally multiple times and has only ended up speaking with assistants. Communication has mostly occurred at a higher boilerplate corporate level. The experience has been so incredibly impersonal and unacceptable. I intend to cancel all of my policies and business with State Farm and Stacey Roy because when it comes down to it... "like a bad neighbor, State Farm is NOT there."

I was a long time Allstate customer and they were good for a time. But life's changes got the better of us and we ended up having an accident with our truck. It took about 3 weeks to get it towed to a repair shop, and about 5-6 weeks for it to get repaired. My local agent or Allstate seemed powerless and unconcerned about any of it. All the heavy lifting I ended up having to do on my own, with no follow up calls and no real customer service. And I'm thankful for that! Why?It got me out of my comfort zone and got me to look at other insurance agents. Stacey Roy was local (in my neighborhood) and my business had used her for years. Stacey and her staff are amazing folks that care, genuinely care. She saved me a lot of money on our home and auto policies (sorry if that sounds like a commercial) and got me changed over very quickly.I haven't had to make a claim yet but I know if I do, that Stacey and her team have got mine and my family's back.

Best agent in Anchorage. Listens to all concerns and gives you options so you can choose both what you need and still afford. Add some genuine niceness from the entire staff and we really enjoy having our insurance in her office.

We just wanted to give some props to Stacey Roy State Farm Agent State Farm.Recently we totaled out one of our business vehicles in an accident. I thought for sure it was going to be a logistic nightmare.Debbie at State Farm was amazing as well as the claims person. I thought we would be fighting over the amount of money they would give back but it was actually just the opposite. They ended up giving us more than we thought it was worth and are still paying for another week of a rental so we don’t have to try and find another car during the Holidays.I definitely recommend State Farm to anyone.

I have had Stacey Roy as my State Farm agent for close to 20 years. She is great to work with, and her staff has always been more than helpful! I appreciate the personal attention I receive every time I contact the office. While State Farm might not have discount rates like other companies, I am treated just like I am a neighbor and friend. HORRIBLE customer service. They tell you they will return your phone call and NEVER call back. Staff is constantly changing so when you have a problem you have to explain your situation multiple times because they “don’t know what you’re talking about” I transferred my policies to a new State Farm agent and couldn’t be happier. I only wish I would have transferred sooner.

You get punished for using the 'free towing' just once. They cancel your contract for that or seek to raise your policy. What a scam! Avoid it!
