Guys that came to inspect our tank were great. I was out of town when they came and my wife said they were awesome and even leveled our new tank and made the line switch from the old tank to the new for us. They came back a couple days later and filled it up and I was able to thank them for for thier quality service. Cheeper fuel and great service. Even the lady who helped with our new account set up was super sweet and helpfull.

I’ve been waiting for someone to replace my regulator for a month now, January 31st. This means I’ve had NO HOT WATER OR COOK STOVE for almost a month. I’ve called 15 plus times, wrote to your company, and still no one can get there until march 4th, maybe. I never got a call or message back from corporate, yet. I’m disgusted to say the least, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008 and rent YOUR tank. I’m not impressed AT ALL!
Plus, my $8.00 a gallon propane isn’t being used, so I guess that’s a plus!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged me for something, didn't do it, tried to charge me for the fix. They overcharge, overinvoice, and when you call, the story starts changing. I don't know if they are crooks, incompetent, or some combination of the two. But they deal in flammable gasses and that should scare the shirt out of you.

They were rude, swore at me, and delivered the wrong size tank.
Multiple people answer the phone, one lady works from home with her kids yelling in the background. None of them talk to each other and no one puts that communication into the database.
They acted as if they were doing me a favor and took no accountability for their mistakes.
I've had the tank removed without ever getting it filled.
I'll be filing a complaint with the corporate office and I'm fighting Multiple charges on the bill because they didn't delivered the agreed on tank.
Use a different company.

Phone tree is just a loop and you cant get out. Finally got someone to answer. Really Friendly. Called 2x's told them my tank was broken. Response was no problem, have someone out there that morning. 4 hours later, called again, extremely nice, apologized for not meeting expectation said someone is about an hour away. Told them it was 4:38pm if I wait will Jimmy still come? Response: Yes, we will be there. Had work to do anyway, waited till 8 at night, no arrival. Called the following day, they were really nice and said should will definitely have someone there that morning, management is involved. Well its 5 hours later and now when I call no one will answer. Guess they know its me. What a shame, glad this is not an emergency.

Brittany in the Anchorage office gives the impression she has "Quietly Quit" her job. She first promised me a site inspection date for propane tank placement in Soldotna for Sept. 28th. On the 28th I phoned her for an ETA and was informed my site visit was scheduled for "November 8th" and when I pushed back on our original date, she said, "we are not going to schedule anything until we have a signed agreement." This signed agreement was never mentioned in August when we first spoke. I requested the agreement and received it a day later by email. The agreement required the property owner to approve and Brittany was called on Sept 29th by the River Terrace RV park owner. She informed him of the requirement and agreed to email the form to this writer as she had done with he customer agreement. She did not email the form on the 29th so I called her this morning the 30th. She sounded frustrated and said, "I can send you that email today." Two hours later...no response. I will NEVER to business with anyone who has employees like Brittany. Keep your propane or sell-out. Kent Knight, Soldotna AK

Called to get my rented tank refilled and they wanted 3x more than the competitor. I told them to come take their tank away then. They never got their tank and then sent me bills for late fees. The tank has also had its inspection expired for 3 years and they never changed it out with a new one.

After a bit of confusion with the office staff, we were served with speed and professionalism. Thank you to our delivery technician who worked so hard to make sure our new service was set up correctly.
I highly recommend this company for your propane needs.

I’m now 2.5 months into getting a tank installed… I’ve taken off of work three times to meet these people in Talkeetna at my cabin. The communication has been horrid and on the day of the actual tank delivery that I waited a month for, they were a no-show. Until I called and raised a fit, so they showed up at 5:00 pm on a special favor. I had to wait another month to get the regulators set, but they couldn’t confirm a tech was coming the day before. Said they would call back, but never did. So now I’m taking another day off work to hopefully meet a guy that may, or may not be coming. They won’t fill my tank until this is done. I’ve never dealt with a group so disorganized. I miss the people I dealt with elsewhere.

I have been a customer for 22 years and you want to charge me 7.80 gallon to deliver when I can get it for 3.00 a gallon in town, very upset.
