I went in there and I’ve noticed that there are major holes in the chips, I LITERALLY saw a mouse…the sodas aren’t tasting carbonated at all, it doesn’t taste like an actual soda, the lettuce looks brown and pink, tomato’s are EXTREMELY smushed overall terrible, this place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY. The staff are really nice though and make what I want them to make, so I don’t think they know? I don’t know.

They closed early due to "staffing issues"There were 3 people in there, and all I was there to do was pick up an online order my dad placed. (He still hasn't gotten a refund after a week) apparently though it takes more then 3 people to run a subway at this location, but the one by Walmart on Old Sewards runs perfectly fine with 2 employees (sandwich artists)I'm only giving them a 3 star because at least they acknowledged me when I knocked on the door to ask if the sub already made sitting on the shelf was for my dad, but unfortunately it was not

I ordered 6 subs and 9 bags of chips this afternoon through DoorDash and not only were the chips missing but not one of my subs was labeled. Subway keeps sharpies by the register for the only reason to label each sub for their customers. I called down about the chips and they blamed the dasher that isn't even allowed through DoorDash policy to open the sealed bag that subway is supposed to properly prepare. Then I told the young female on the phone that not one of my six subs was labeled. Her response was this "WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO LABEL YOUR SUBS" Not only will I NEVER go to this location again but the manager and more importantly the OWNER should be ashamed of themselves for not teaching and not ENFORCING proper customer service and how to do the job you are paid to do. "OBLIGATED"????!!! Seriously? Is it too much to ask that some initials be written on the sub? How long would it take the employee? 2 or 3 seconds? I'd fire them. This generation is a disgrace.

Horrible!! I ordered Veggie Delite. 1 thing I can expect is veggies in it. It was like I was just eating bread! He didn't do anything when I asked him to add a decent amount of lettuce and olives. This was by far the worst sub I've ever had. Disappointing!

The 12 yr old looking girl with pink didn't cut our sandwiches & told me they were out of tomatoes but the next customer she brought out new tomatoes.

It's a subway. Once you have been to one, you have been to all of them. If you go there, ask for Pedro Hobbs, and they will give you a great discount. It's a secret not many people know about.

This used to be a great subway but I felt compelled to come give a review because lately it’s been dirty, out of items and inattentive staff. It’s the middle of winter and there were flies in the middle of the store just making a loop. Lots of items unavailable (soup, vegetables, meats) I understand we have an employee shortage and also in many ways a food shortage on certain items, but at the very least, keep it clean. It’s not very clean. I hope I can come change this review ??♀️

Walked in at 8:01 and denied service even though a couple walked in at 8:00 and hadn't order. Just bought into the neighborhood and I eat out alot, Say bye-bye to my future

Have been to this location multiple times and each time they forget ingredients and put way to much mayo where it’s inedible. Don’t waste your time and money and go somewhere else. Service is also horrible

Don’t go here they didn’t even know what was on Italian sub then I asked for extra provolone only to get extra Swiss….. carrying on talking to each other making me wait then not paying attention to what I asked for!!!!!!

This location use to be good change in the employee’s messed with it came in the guy was both employees in the back waited 5 min they came back up the guy was on his phone on the line txting then goes from phone straight to the food gross

Food is good, but when you order through their app they never mark it as ready. So sometimes your toasted sandwich is soggy and cold by the time you end up getting it because they'll never tell you when it's ready so you can pick it up relatively fresh. Unfortunate.
