Employees are not welcoming 2/3 times they where out of bread plus I have made a online order said it was ready just to get there and find out they where out of the bread I ordered. 10/10 will never go there again ?

Had a strange interaction with an employee that works there. A young man that seems a bit off mentally. Wears glasses, bad face and neck acne. I'm a bit surprised that a manager put him in front of guests to communicate with. He messed up an order, an employee asked if he was okay, his response was no I'm tired. He mentioned he is an assistant manager, why would someone who is essentially socially impotent be managing other people. Your store has to do a better job, who you put in front of guests to communicate with. Clearly that young man has a mental issue, and should not be managing people.

When it comes to Subway in Anchorage THIS IS THE PLACE! The good vibe starts when you walk in the door and every customer is greeted by an employee, who are always quick and courteous, handling lunch crowds with great efficiency. I know it seems overrated at times to some, but it’s my favorite. Not only the food which is absolutely amazing, but the customer service. We go out of our way to come to this location 2-3 times a week even if we're working across town! Most people go to Subway for the food but we come here for the people!! I want to recognize the workers at the Subway on the corner of International Airport Road and C Street who always provide my coworkers and I with a First Class experience. From their beautiful smiles and positive attitudes to their attention to detail with your food, Sandra and Marissa go out of their way to make each visit just as memorable as the last! I am truly grateful that these young women always go above and beyond in providing not just good, but truly excellent service!! They deserve praise. Compared to other fast food, this Subway store is a clear 5-star!!!

Spent my entire lunch time waiting in line while the take outs took priority - during my standing there for the 20 mins (there was only one guy in front of me when I first got there) they put 4 to-go orders (some having 3+ sandwiches each order) in front of the people standing there. Perhaps they should make pick up times 30+ mins out so the individuals standing in line aren't waiting for the staff to make someone's online order. Would loop hole and order online; however, last time I did this... the staff had COMPLETELY messed up my order which was not much deviation from the original BMT. Even with being extremely close to my work - will no longer go here. Instead... go to Sweet Caribou! You get a punch card, and delivious sandwich/salad.

I feel honestly bad for how broke I am that I didn’t tip these guys ? they always make the best sandwiches here the handful of times we went here we been happy tried a couple other locations and it was not nearly as good. Thank you all at this location for your hard work and attention to detail! Thank you for going above and beyond as sandwich artists! Forgive me for the no tip. Best meatball pepperoni sandwiches we ever had.

Came to this Subway nearly a month ago for a breakfast sandwich. We are from out of town and did not know much about the choices in this part of Anchorage as we only had a short time before we had to go to the airport. The sandwich was not bad but that lady worker's attitude really stunk. She was not friendly at all. Didn't make this a pleasant experience and just a little smile would've made it so much better. Maybe the next time we come around Anchorage this attitude will be better. Hope so.

We ordered online for pick up. It was easy peasy, and our sandwiches were ready when we arrived. We were happy we'd ordered online because they were really busy when we got to the restaurant. Our food tasted fresh, and was very yummy.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude employees who acted bothered that I was even in their store in the first place. Ordered sandwich platters the day before, which are quite spendy at $123, and received one slice of meat and one slice of cheese per sandwich. This led to my students having to combine 3-4 sandwiches to make one edible sandwich. For over $100, you should at least get edible sandwiches and not just bread. I will not use this location in the future.
