On July 3, 2025, I bought some clothes, coats, backpacks, and boots at the North Face store in Anchorage, Alaska. Two days later, when I was packing to return to Brazil, I discovered that one of the items, a black women's fleece, had not been placed in the bag with the other items. I immediately contacted the store to request that the item was sent to my hotel. However, to my surprise, the salesperson said that she had checked the inventory and that there were no extra women´s fleeces in the store. I explained that the item could have been mistakenly placed in another customer's bag and, therefore, would not be listed in inventory. However, to this day, the store has not delivered the item to me or refunded the amount I paid. It is regrettable that something like this would happen to a North Face customer. It is incredibly disrespectful to the consumer.

Friendly staff and good inventory. It was a great option to try on different coats. Prices were competitive I will go back again next season.

Visited today and all of the employees were so kind and helpful, without trying to sell so aggressively. Tons of options, and moderately priced. Great store!

It helps when we all do our part to keep our downtown city clean. This problem is easily manageable, brake your boxes down and get a more frequent pick up schedule!

This place doesn't have a bathroom. Selection could be better. It looks huge from the outside but it's really small on the inside. They did have a 30 percent off all clothing today. Wouldn't recommend.

This is a very clean and friendly clothing store for high-end winter gear. A LOT of their products are super soft and really help with the cold.

Not the best North Face selection as we were there at the end of summer. Staff greeted us. It had a different vibe from most hiking/clothing shops.

I stopped at this store unexpectedly after our dinner. It’s almost winter time and I was in need for at least one big coat for daily use since I came to Alaska with only summer stuff.Both ladies who were working before closing time today went above and beyond with me! I was looking for a specific style that they didn’t have available in store and was trying things on. The girl was very helpful and knowledgeable even about how I shouldn’t get the white one if I live in the side of town where the snow could be a bit dirtier. I ended up getting my first winter coat with them and the lady at the counter wished me happy birthday and even said, welcome to Alaska. What a wonderful experience with this store even when they were about to close! I’ll be back for more:D

The customer service at this store was phenomenal, we had a massive complicated business order and the staff here (HUGE shoutout to Delja and also Jenna) were so patient and very helpful!!!
