Tried to have my certified propane bottle filled and was told it needed to be recertified — despite it being clearly within date. They attempted to upsell and pressure me into unnecessary services. I went to Shoreside, and they filled it immediately with no issues, confirming my tank was perfectly fine. Staff here was rude and even used inappropriate language when I said I’d take my business elsewhere. Dishonest and unprofessional. Stay away.

Welcomed with a smile, great customer service. Best price in town. I had an issue with one of the tanks and he fixed it in a heartbeat without charging a dime.

Awesome service, just set it outside and exchange was fast. Great for people on tight schedules or just want to avoid the gas station or store exchange.

Couldn't recommend anyone else, I would give 10 stars if I could. These guys are awesome. Given my back injury, I am unable to move full 100lb tanks on to my wives food trailer. Not only did they do all the heavy lifting for me, but they also came back to my house twice, as I accidently ordered the incorrect tank size. Then they sent me a slight refund for the difference paid in price for the correct tank size. They were kind, informative, and fast. And by the way, all of this was done in less than 24 hours after submitting the online order form. I'm a hard person to win over, but I must say, I'm very impressed!! So grateful!!

After being snubbed for the umpteenth time by the big propane company "Sub", we switched to THE PROPANE GUYS for our forklift tanks. They're less expensive, more timely, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Have used these guys many times and never get over how easy it is. For the same cost as trying to get a clerk to come out and fill a tank in the cold they do all the work and I don’t have to leave the house

Costs about the same as taking a tank to the store but I don't have to do anything. They've always been punctual, and the tanks seem full.
