After being snubbed for the umpteenth time by the big propane company "Sub", we switched to THE PROPANE GUYS for our forklift tanks. They're less expensive, more timely, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Have used these guys many times and never get over how easy it is. For the same cost as trying to get a clerk to come out and fill a tank in the cold they do all the work and I don’t have to leave the house

Costs about the same as taking a tank to the store but I don't have to do anything. They've always been punctual, and the tanks seem full.

The Propane Guys we’re able to switch my tank out within one day of running out of propane! So fast and easy and the pricing is great. My tank was out of certification and the $5 charge was so much easier than dealing with it myself. I will ALWAYS come back to the Propane Guys!!

I had several questions, and Brant took the time to answer in detail, in particular about dating on tanks, as well as storage of 1-lb propane cannisters. Customer service!! THAT'S why they have 5-star ratings.

Very reliable service and very convenient. Customer service is quick and responsive. Be clear about directions for hidden placement of propane bottles at location, if possible and there will be no need to worry. Receive a confirmation email and the company takes a pic too for confirmation delivery. Very happy to learn about the Propane Guys, highly recommend!!!!

These guys are great! We run out of propane, put an order in and they bring us a fresh tank the very next day at about the same price of having to exchange it ourselves. Awesome service and pricing!
