My wife and I had a horrible experience during our last few months with this company. Our hot water/heat went out multiple times in a month. It was very frustrating since the maintenance lady-Bekah failed to update us on many occasions. We ended up leaving right away due to their poor communication. They put minimal effort into something that needed maximum attention. She even left a 5 star review for herself/company even though she was not professionally communicating with us....
