This location is horrible, just to call and ask a question, I was placed me on hold for nearly 20 minutes I even think they forgot I was on hold so I hung up and called again, when I called again and they picked up and asked me to hold on like they were going to answer my question and left me on hold again. Ridiculous

I waited in line for 15 minutes to do a simple Amazon return before walking out, the one person working was with the same customer the whole time. There was one employee working and 5 people in line waiting. The Amazon return kiosk was out of all bags and supplies.

Returning an Amazon package but somehow amazon didn’t give me a QR code but a bar code. They will print it off for you but it costs 2.50 to print a single label that they would have printed anyway if I had a QR code. Pretty good markup on the 5 cents it costs them to print one page…

Did not have a notary on site! I was told there was not a notary in yet and that they would be in a half hour. I came back an hour later only to be told the employee was late. The first girl then said she has it but forgot her stamp at another location. I feel like I was lied to initially and they are advertising for services they do not provide.

I dont know how much people need to humble down. In 2020 we laered Santas are shipping companies who deliver goods. Their hard work was amazing to keep going.Whoever needs to complain and can not give respect to truck drives where they park to load shipments and cant stop hunking for very short time while they load goods , needs to be banned that they can not ever use shipping company for their goods to be delivered.I have always had good experience and their friendly serivce at the local store or delivery guys.Thank you so much.And amazon made so easy for return with UPS.People really need to learn without them, we would have nothing up here , specially being in Alaska for anything.I really hate who disrespect post office and shipping companies.They need to know , if they make them never able to use their service , for complaining such a little things. :(

This store is awesome... grandma in California ordered birthday present that came too late. This store helped facilitate the return so that I can track the return. If I lived in Alaska, this would be my store.

We have had a box at the UPS store for about 2 years now. Unfortunately the service has progressively gotten worse. This includes longer waiting times, delays of over a day in processing the packages and poorly trained staff. The previous manager, Peggy, was doing a much better job at managing the store.

I have been waiting for a package to be processed the last two days it got there in the morning and here I am the next day late afternoon and my package still hasn’t been processed they always have five people but it seems like none of them know how to process packages

On October 6th I stopped by to drop off a package. Michelle was working, and I knew her from the G St. store where I have a box. She handled a difficult customer with skill and grace - even when he made a racist comment in front of us all as he exited. He was trying to ship firearm parts (which even I knew couldn't be done), and when she kept calmly explaining the policy, he argued non-stop. Walking out the door he said "If I was Native you'd do it."Yeah. He said the quiet part out loud. It was ridiculous and uncalled for, and I wanted to be sure Michelle got the props she deserved for navigating an unnecessary event. Well done!
