I needed to have something notarized. I know most banks do that however if you are not a member I didn't know how much the fee was. Plus I needed to have the item faxed also. I was able to get everything done in one stop and the price for faxing and noterizing was less than 5 dollars. Very happy customer. đ

terrible service. I was waiting for a parcel and I work and do not sit at home and this is an apartment where the common door is closed. But many leave the parcel there. On February 13 there were 2 attempts to enter and I was not notified by phone or SMS. And 7 days later another attempt. And the status says that it is returned to the sender. Are you serious? And this is because of your stupid delivery people? They do not have the brains to leave the parcel at the nearest branch?

Dismissive District Manager. Do not trust your packages here.
On December 17th, 2024, I had seven packages to be boxed and shipped and took them to the UPS on Lake Otis and Tudor.
On December 21st, 2024, I received one of those seven packages at my house. This package had two different shipping labels on it. There was also a handwritten note on it saying, âPlease return to UPS to pick which label is the correct one.â Clearly, the worker who was packaging my boxes made a mistake and placed two shipping labels on the same package.
I returned to this UPS on December 23rd, 2024, to show the store manager. We had to open the package to determine which of the two shipping labels needed to go on it. After determining which label was correct for this specific package, I asked about the other shipping label and associated package for it. According to the tracking label, it never left their facility.
The store manager told me she would look for the other package at the store and its sorting facility. She took down my name and number and said she would call me sometime between December 26th and 28th, 2024, with an update. I never received a call.
I left the state for two and a half weeks and returned to the store on January 10th, 2025, since I was never given an update. During this period, I regularly tracked the shipping label of the now-missing package, and every time, it showed it had never left the store. When I went back on January 10th, I asked for a refund. The store manager took down all my information again and said she would talk to her district manager about the refund and call me when she got an answer.
After not receiving a call for three weeks, I return to this UPS store on January 31st, 2025. The store manager informed me the district manager would not be issuing a refund because, according to the district manager, the package was shipped, which was blatantly not true. When I asked for a phone number for the district manager, the store manager said she would only give the district manager my phone number to give me a call. Given the number of times I have been told this over the last month and a half, I am not holding my breath.
Between the sloppy mistake of putting two different shipping labels on a package, the lack of follow-up when promised otherwise, and the dismissive actions by the district manager to not take responsibility by not issuing a refund for the mistakes made by her employees and store operations communicates UPS tolerates poor leaders, poor management and poor customer service.

I left a review in July 2024 and was removed by someone. It was negative and complained the broken window shown in photo was never repaired/replaced. The District Manager at store on O'Malley responded to my review and now it is gone. LOL. When I spoke with District manager, she hung up the phone and never returned my follow calls or emails. 3 months to fix a window. I ended my 12 year membership. I see the most recent negative review. Will it be removed as well? The owner and District manager will ghost you. I have the many unresponsive emails. The manager, Melissa, in fine. That is all. TRULY

if you get an efficient person, great. I got someone who at 10:10 look like he wasnât entirely awake. It took 20 minutes for him to do two things while the efficient person took care of the line that was forming when he was the only person and also took care of anyone that walked in. When after 20 minutes I asked why it was taking so long, the efficient person said âhe is new, give him some grace.â He obviously needs more training and he needed the efficient person to guide him through some transactions so it wouldnât take 20 minutes to do two things. It was a sad and frustrating experience. I trust it will improve and Iâm sorry for leaving a low rating.
