I spent over $2200 shipping lots of boxes to the continental US, using the pack and ship service where you pay UPS to pack the items and pay for the boxes. When I moved to Anchorage I did the same at a UPS store in Arizona, that location did an outstanding job. Lots of packaging, items wrapped up in the box with filler material and then a box inside a larger box with extra filler material. The Tudor location in Anchorage just put everything in boxes with no filler, and about ninety percent of what I shipped was damaged, and about half of that was items damaged severely.If you need any service this location offers, you can do better elsewhere. And it is impossible to do worse than this location.

This place is busy and if you have patience your will be served well. If not you will be upset and make their day worse too. Many times I am there for an Amazon return. THEY NOW have a self serve return kiosk. This is a huge benefit I would say for everyone!! Simply scan your return QR CODE and then bag and seal it yourself. Drop it into the bin! Done! In a hurry? This is great! A help to the over busy usually one person staff. Bravo and another reason why I like this store.They have PO BOXES too if you need and all the other stuff you would expect at a UPS store.

Recently this store has been under staffed and slow. But this time I went in for a multi package Amazon return, and I received OUTSTANDING and efficient customer service from the new manager Allison! She greeted me with a beautiful smile and kind words. She know what she was doing and she made my visit very quick and pleasant. Best UPS location to go to!

If I could give 0 stars I would.If you're moving and need a address or pobox STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACEYou will NOT EVER be able to forward your mail or change your address once you open an account with them.Additionally, it's been almost a month and we don't have keys to our box because the machine is down and no one knows when it will be fixed. So we have had to stand in line for over an hour just to check our mail.Often the staff is behind, so even if your package has been delivered it will take several more days for them to process it.

Arrived at 657pm (phone time so uses atomic clock), and door states closes at 7pm. The door was locked and they closed early. This is very dissappointing and an inconvenience..

I go to this UPS store because it’s the one nearest to my house. The woman that works in the morning (no idea what her name is) is always rude and condescending. She also tends to have the music loud enough that it makes it difficult to hear her, then has the audacity to get irritated when I don’t hear her. This place would be 5 stars if they employed kind and helpful staff.

This is the location I normally go to when I needed to mail something and I never had any issue. But my last visit to this location, I needed to send a mail to return something back to Amazon. Apparently Amazon never received the package and I was charged for items I didn’t keep. I’m a bit upset. It was a very busy day when I went in to make a return. I’m sure it was forgotten or they didn’t send it to the right address. I suggest next time to make sure to keep the receipt for more than a few months. I had thrown my receipt away after a couple months thinking it was returned, that was my mistake. I’ll give it another chance but just a heads up to other fellow customers!

We stopped in to ship souvenirs back home. Colleen could not have been more helpful, even though she was very busy, she was patient, kind and helpful to us, answering questions and finding the perfect size box to safely ship our items home.

Amazon returns done within 5 minutes.Only negative is updated price of $5 for cards wasn't displayed on the rack. We picked out ones priced at $3.49 and $3.99 and they didn't honor the price.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped. The gal (her name started with an M, I think it was Malaysia??) was very kind and obliging. Excellent customer service.
