They fixed all the issues I had including a follow up noise that came up after the initial repair. These guys do great work and were excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Seriously the best place is town to get your car worked on. I went to get my car horn fixed and wasn’t charged anything when they just had to fix a burnt out fuse.
Even though it was a small fix, they could’ve absolutely taken advantage of me and said that they fixed it and dig into my wallet, simply because I am a woman. I went in thinking I’d be charged over $240, and ended up walking away crying in absolute RELIEF.
They treat everyone fairly and it is extremely reasonable price for the work they do. I’ve always had good experiences getting my car into Big O’s.

“My Silverado was making a clunking noise the night before. It was so bad I wasn't sure if I could drive it. Called a lot of shops in town and no one could take it because it's the Friday before Christmas (Monday). Called the shop and the guy said to bring it down and they'll have it fixed. I paid a reasonable price and I am able to do my Christmas shopping as well. Thank you so much to the guys over there. Great service and I'm going back for other issues that were highlighted but not urgently needed. They fixed the problem in 2 hours. Fast reliable and customer friendly.”

“I took my H2 in to them thinking I was having transmission problems. They changed something, replaced something and when I picked it up it was still having the same issues. They took it back with absolutely no problem ... replaced two other things until they finally figured it out. They did not charge me for the additional work necessary to fix my rig. “I was really in a bind needing repairs and snow tire change over at the same time but have so many doctor appointments that it was a challenge. I just couldn’t work with my dealership because they don’t answer their phones. I mistakenly went to Chaz and was turned down due to collision damage work only there although I told the receptionist what repairs that I needed. I stopped by Hale’s Technical to ask if they could get me in. They have done excellent work for me in the past. Desiree, told me to bring it in on Monday and they would do everything in a day. They replaced my water pump, a belt, belt pulley and changed over the tires. Their awesome intern, Moira gave me a ride when I had none and was so sweet and friendly. Hale’s Technical came in about $400.00 less than what my dealership had quoted. They are a family business in midtown and have a convenient location. The best part is that Desiree, her husband and all of their employees truly care about their customers. You can’t go wrong here!”

“If you call that number, a recording says he is only doing "bench work" right now. I didn't know what that means, so I called the cell phone number in the recording. I thought I might need my transmission to be rebuilt. He said he couldn't do that for me, but he asked about the problem and gave a very detailed description of a much simpler solution. He even said I could give his number to my mechanic down here in Homer, and he could relay the technical details. At no point did he mention money, and he wished me a Merry Christmas.People who are this personable and walk with that kind of integrity are a rare thing these days.
