I had an excellent experience moving from Alaska to Portland using U-Pack.It was painless to schedule the pod delivery and pickup both in Alaska and Portland. The U-Pack truck was always on time and on top of their communication.Whenever I had questions, I was able to get a knowledge person on the phone within minutes.The pod was delivered on schedule without any complications.Highly recommend.

Wow. I understand that the company does not actually service our area with the services stated online (apparently AK does not fall into nationwide), but the customer service rep was very rude. He kept interrupting me, then asked me not to interrupt him. He kept disagreeing with me when I stated that, well, you aren't nationwide if you don't serve AK with the services you state online. And, he insisted that my move didn't need to be "canceled" despite the phone message that stated my move needed to be "canceled" so I would not be charged. Of course, he didn't ever let me finish explaining WHAT the voicemail stated so ...

I highly recommend U-Pack for your moving needs. We used them to move from Alaska to Oklahoma and our boxes arrived sooner than we anticipated. The process from booking the reservation, loading the shipping container, to unloading at our new home was so easy.

If you want your move to be streamlined and affordable, Upack is the place. They charged me a flat rate to ship across the country, including drop-off/pickup at both origin and destination. Great stuff - also much cheaper than the competition.

U-Pack was the cheapest option I found when I was researching options for a move from Alaska to NY. I was wary at first but the company went above and beyond to help me. For context, there were some hiccups and delays that were completely out of their control but they worked with me to figure out options, didn't raise the price, and were very friendly and understanding throughout it all which helped decrease my stress. The estimated time of pickup and arrival was accurate as well. As far as I know, thanks to the tips from one of the delivery people, none of my stuff arrived broken. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a cross-country move in the future—and will likely use their services again!

U-Pack was almost too good to be true and made moving out of Alaska to Iowa super easy. They deliver a truck you load it and they drive it to you for a lot less than dealing with a container rental or super high priced movers. I will always use u-pack, but praying I never have to move again lol.
