After 3 tries the package delivery person still is going to the wrong address...never got my package and no I've requested a refund from Amazon...USPS SUCKS!

It was great. The line was short. The service was great. Anything you need, they will have it great Post Office. I love coming here. I-ship all over the world. From this Post Office. Thank you and I normally deal with Steve. He's a great guy gonna retire soon I think.

I haven't utilized/entered this Post Office but I do believe our mail is delivered from this Post Office. Our mail carriers in the 99517 area rock. They aren't afraid of a little snow. They get out of their vehicles when they need to, to deliver mail. You guys and gals rock! Thank you!

Of course they "attempted delivery" my package on a Friday evening, watched the mailman on camera come into my apartment with just letters and not a single pink "we missed you slip" either. Doubt they'll deliver it Saturday either so now I have a email saying pick it up tomorrow "held at post office per customer request" even though I did not.

I use informed delivery. what is usually in the e-mail for that day mailbox wise I will be getting it. One day, a couple years ago I was suppose to get a couple monetary checks totaling a little over 1.5k total. Were not delivered that day of the e-mail received. With marking not received pieces though the usps site, there was\is a clause where I would be contact via e-mail about the progress of the "missing" mail. No e-mail came. Waited a day prior to marking pieces not delivered. About the fifth day after marking them not delivered, went in with printouts to ask if they had the mail pieces, they could not find them. Was told to call the check issuers to recut another check. Have received mail pieces\parcels for a different unit\building several times. Mark a few other pieces pieces of mail not delivery through the usps site, but no returning e-mails about not delivered mail.

I like the location & that they're open until 6 weekdays. The line was a bit long, but the staff was excellent.

Eloy was amazing! Just by taking the time to ask a couple questions in regards to my passport renewal application, he helped me fix a minor yet crucial mistake I had made before sending it out. Saved me for sure! Thank you, Eloy :)

I've been going to this station for over five years and have always had a good experience with the staff. I just began renting a po box as it's closer to where I live and the man behind the counter was quick and friendly. Thanks so much!

I just waisted 20 minutes in line to buy a money order. When I heard a customer ask the cashier for a money order the cashier said she did not have any money orders, then she asked her coworker if she could get some from him, he responded saying "no I do not have any money orders either I am out of money orders".At this point I've been waiting for about 20 minutes the I ask to confirm if they had money orders or if I heard them incorrectly the two employees did not respond they completely ignored me, I do believe this fact that they ignored me was because I was still waiting inline as I was not the customer directly Infront of them. So at this time I asked two more times and they both still ignored me, I heard the male employee say again to his coworker no we are all out, at least as I was visually paying attention and listening to them talk hoping that they were out was incorrect.Well I felt very not at all cared about I left when I did so I noticed the line behind me was about 10 people long so I made the announcement that " if anyone is her for a money order they are all out" I spoke loud and clear just as loud and clear as I asked repeatedly if they had money orders, then as Im more than half way to the exit the guy shouts "we do have money orders I am the one who has them" in a frustrated tone of voice as though I was in the wrong in front of everyone who watched me ask multiple times and the employees said multiple times back and forth to each other they in fact were out.I don't understand what I misunderstood here but I told them with my last words as I walked out with no money order that "I wish you would have corrected my miss understanding before I left my spot inline and made the announcement that if anyone is here for a money order they are sold out".I didn't want anyone else to waste there time too.1 ⭐ review all the way it's worth one star if you are willing to wait your whole time inline to learn if they are going to turn you away at the register because of there is a clear miss understanding to the employees they will not let you know what they got I could have a money order rite now not writing a one star review had the employees understand I'm there to support them as they are the customer.

Never had this many problems with having my mail delivered, in a few shorts months, I've received other people's mail in my box with a different address several times as well as several of my mail has been returned to sender instead of put into my mailbox. These are normal letters folks and the APT # is easy to read, why did you guys send my passport back to sender? Like really?
