Unprofessional and Hostile Service from Postal Worker Romana
I had a very disappointing experience with a postal worker named Romana at the Huffman location on September 6. Her attitude and behavior were highly unprofessional and escalated the situation rather than resolving it.
Unhelpful Attitude: When I sought assistance with shipping my package, Romana was not only unhelpful but seemed to take pleasure in my frustration. Her response was dismissive and lacking in any effort to address my needs.
Hostile Demeanor: Romana's attitude was shockingly indifferent and antagonistic. Instead of offering a solution, she escalated the situation with her confrontational and uncaring approach.
Overall Experience: The interaction left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Her behavior suggested a complete lack of concern for customer service and a disregard for professional standards.
I hope this feedback prompts a review of her conduct to improve the service at this location.

Very helpful staff. Last few times I went to the Huffman USPS, the lady there helped me to mail things off and even offered me extra priority envelopes. She also tried to find the best price options for me. I like that they have Saturday hours and the location is very convenient.

Really poor service. I had mail held for a trip, with my return date and that I'd pick it up on my return clearly marked on their form. I go in my first day back (today) and the delivery person has taken the box for delivery anyway (according to the supervisor not the regular mailman), won't answer a call from their supervisor, and then also doesn't deliver it anyway. It was a big tub of mail, obviously be too much to fit into our house's mail box down the street, but also not dropped off at the house (my wife was home all day), and no attempted delivery slip on the door either.

I usually go to the sand lake post office, but decided to stop by the Huffman location due to being nearby. A woman by the name of Sasha helped me. She was a delight! Very professional and made my day brighter with her genuine positivity. I believe it was a Wednesday and there was a line ahead of me. She was working alone and she had the line moving fairly quickly! That woman is remarkable, I hope your treating her well as she treated me very well!

Possibly the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. There’s always some excuse as to why they can’t deliver a package. One time they scanned my package as the house didn’t exist they use this scan all the time. It seems to be their favorite, but this one time they scanned it as that we found the mailman hiding in our neighborhood in his truck SLEEPING!!! We knocked on the window and woke him up where he proceeded to give us 1 of the packages that were out for delivery and proceeded to claim he didn’t have any others (he did. They showed up shortly after on our doorstep) this happens probably 4 times a month where there’s some excuse as to why they don’t seem to deliver the packages they have on their truck. They are seriously unreliable. I’ve reported them to the post masters office multiple times now. I’m about to do it again. They also can’t be bothered to answer their phones so in order to ever get any answers from them I have to drive to the post office. If I had the option to have my packages sent via FedEx or UPS so I didn’t have to deal with these lazy usps employees who simply don’t want to do their jobs I would.

USPS has terrible customer service and continually cannot figure out how our driveway works. They cause our packages to be delayed day after day because “the driveway or front door was not accessible” which is not true. Also they sometimes deliver to the wrong house

The customer service representatives that work at this post office are very helpful but the drivers that work for this post office can't read. I often get other people's mail in my mail often goes to my neighbors.
