They refused to give me in-store credit, refund, or exchange for an item that I bought that didn’t work (electronics) and it was still within their return window! I brought it back in with the receipt and tag still attached and the employee told me to just re-donate the item knowing it doesn’t work.
If you know your electronic device doesn’t work and then decide to donate it is absolutely ridiculous!

I went in looking for a long down coat, which I didn't find. I did find some bread machines I had been looking for. So it was a great shopping visit and would recommend.

We always come out with a good haul. I donate before coming in so I have a coupon. I like that the aisles are wide enough for two people to navigate in opposite directions. It is pretty clean.

I went to this place by suggestion of my housemate that I rent from. My other housemate and I were looking for some things to have to share. This place is used items and I felt like it was in a great order. It also offers you the opportunity to support become a member and they send you discount coupons.

High prices for a thrift store, especially considering that they removed their dressing rooms. Why would any risk buying clothes that you cannot try on? I was told they have a limited return policy - you can exchange the item for something of equal or less value. That is a lot of hassle to try on clothing. I would recommend any other thrift shop in town.
