I came to guild mortgage not confident at all in my ability to obtain a mortgage especially in this market but Vanessa was so sweet and professional and held my hand the entire time. I would definitely work with Vanessa and her team who made my loan process as smooth if not smoother than expected being that I was in a different state working during the whole transaction. She and her team were always available via phone or email and answered all questions I had whether it was 9 am or 10 pm even on weekends!
