First time here with my parents dog. Front desk and tech were very nice so this review is just for the service of Dr. Rees. I’ve never been to a vet alone because I am young, so I don’t know much about how it works but I left feeling uncomfortable. Doctor seemed impatient and in a bad mood with my old min pin and me when she couldn’t pick him up immediately, but the tech did it very easily so I think that’s an animal handling skill issue. She said I should’ve went to Chester valley which is his regular vet and not here, and I didn’t know that to be fair, but I also didn’t know you’re supposed to only go to one vet even when that vet is really hard to get ahold of. They didn’t really make it too clear the appointment was over and they disappeared through the staff only door so I sat in the exam room for a few minutes awkwardly unsure if it was over. Then I was overcharged on accident, and got called later by the same doctor that the money is going to be on my bill for next time I come there yet I don’t really want to go back. Overall I didn’t feel comfortable with the doctor and I felt that my dog and I were a nuisance.

This review is overdue. We’ve been here a couple of times so far and also had our doggo there for almost a week for boarding.All experiences have been great with the staff and while our dog was in boarding they sent us an update with pictures on how well she was doing and she was so happy playing with the other dogs! I would highly recommend this vet clinic.

Dr. Reese and the team there are amazing. Clearly animal lovers, offer great advice and their care club plan is a great option for pups with lots of medical needs

Alpine Animal Hospital made my cats heart flutter with their sensational service. My kitty was seen by a vet tech working who stayed so confident while pulling an embedded nail that had grown through her paw, without aggravating my kitty, I’m thankful.

I have taken my dog and cat here for the last three years. My dog unexpectedly fell terminally ill with hemangiosarcoma and Dr. Clement went above and beyond in the palliative care he provided us. He always made time to see us even if it was last minute, patiently explained what was going on with my dog, and was extremely compassionate towards me while I knew my dog’s time was coming. When my dog’s time came, Dr. Clement was able to kindly and gently communicate that and help me provide my dog with happy and fulfilling last days. I am forever grateful that Dr. Clement, and all of the VCA Alpine staff, could provide the incredible care they did! I would 100% trust them with my next dog.

I love VCA Alpine Animal Hospital! They took such great care of Appa from the moment we brought him in as a puppy and even now as he got neutered! I really love the first year puppy program that they have that includes the shots and neuter of your pup. The front desk, vet and vet techs were all so sweet and kind to us! Highly recommend going here and I will eventually be moving all my dogs over to VCA Alpine :)

We just let there office with what I would have to say was one of the best appointments we have had a many years.One new member to our family and one older member. Got In and out fast with everything needed at a great.price. it's had to find a vet in town taking on new clients.But they are and we're amazing

My dog is very nervous around people. They make him feel comfortable and not scared and always answer any questions I have. My other dog had surgery here and was very well taken care of and they did everything to help and nothing was overpriced or unreasonable.

Everyone here has always been wonderfully kind and helpful, but I have to give a sad rating because it has been nearly impossible to get any appointments for sick and dying pets as far back as 2017

Murr is so happy after our visit! She was properly diagnosed and treated the first visit without having to spend a fortune on unneeded treatment. Murr is like a whole new, happy as can be little cat now! Thank you guys so so much ?

Our family is so grateful for VCA Alpine helping our 20 year old kitty have a peaceful transition from this life to the next. They gave us a comfortable room and were very patient with us by offering our family extra time to be with her in her final moments. We couldn't have asked for a better end of life experience by the supportive and understanding staff members.

I want to give the BIGGEST shout out to the VCA Alpine Clinic here in Anchorage. I was so sad that I forgot to get a paw print before Jaz‘s passing. I picked her ashes up today and the VCA did this beautiful clay paw print and a very special card with a prayer inside. The thoughtfulness and care that everyone provided was everything! Thank you for taking care of our baby girl for 14 years and three months. She lived a beautiful life ???
