This is NOT a Verizon store. It is an authorized retailer.Terrible experience. My partner and I moved to Anchorage last week and we went in to establish a new account. I needed to move my service over from my dad’s account and my partner needed to open the new account and port his number over. After going into the store 3 times, this was never resolved. They promised to call me on Friday and never did. They won’t answer the phone at this location either. They had no problem selling us a bunch of junk but could not get our service sorted out. I had to call Verizon to get it fixed.STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION.

Man, we switched after so many issues with GCI and the head ache I’ve dealt with since switching has made me question why I live in a state with probably the worst internet/cell phone companies. Please please please I just want one person to help me with out and to know what is going on cause they obviously don’t know what the hell they’re talking about when I call. I’m so frustrated I’m one more bad experience from getting that pre pay from Walmart

There were these 2 young gentlemen who helped me last Tuesday very helpful in getting my phone numbers ported in from at&t. Angel was a very kind worker and got me a good deal on some stuff for my phone. WAY more helpful than the people from diamond. If you want a better experience, come to THIS store.

I wish I can leave a positive comment, but the young man that helped me today had some serious hygiene issues. I took a few steps back cause it smelled like he hadn't shower in a week. Additionally, the place was a little messy. It seems like the two gentlemen that were working on January 23, 2024 at approx. 3:50pm treated that place like a hangout college dorm room.

The sales person that helped me 12/5/23 Tuesday @ the Tudor store in Anchorage should get a Raise!* It was at 2:50 pm! I didn’t focus on his name…Both techs work together Very Well, one helping the other to show the other a short cut to get some command done! Thanks again , Jim Cunningham

The employees at this location seem unprofessional. Just go to the big Verizon at Dimond or Tikahtnu, don’t waste your time at this location. My new phone wasn’t processed properly and they were sending me back and forth at different locations to figure out my phone.Just don’t go here.

If I could rate this as less I would. We had a phone that broke and decided to go into the store to see our options as we had insurance. When my sister went in she was told her phone had trade in value even though it was broken. She was told by Matt at the Tudor location it would be cheaper to trade in her phone for the new upgrade then to pay the 300 insurance fee to get it fixed. Unfortunately that was miss information. She paid the $154.60 to get the upgrade and was told as long as she sent her old phone in she wouldn’t owe any extra. Now we are looking at almost a $600 extra bill. This is because the phone did not have a trade in value as they said it did. When we went in for help fixing their mistake they can and will do nothing. We have talked to the billing department of customer service over and over to be given the run around. We talked to the supervisor of the store Rhatt who said all he could do was talk to customer service. How are they unable to fix their own mistakes. We are now fighting to keep our phones running while we talk to person after person who can’t help. How can we be responsible for their mistakes.

Victra Verizon offers all Verizon Wireless services including an array of phones from Apple to Samsung along with accessories. I had a special opportunity to work closely with Victra management who assisted me through a complicated purchase of multiple phones and lines- the equipment needed to be dispersed between Alaska and Texas. Victra Texas was able to continue assisting with our purchase in a seamless manner. Mr. Andrew Farina, senior Victra management works hard to ensure that all customers receive the finest in customer care and quality services!I recommend the Victra Verizon Anchorage, Alaska location at 110 W. Tudor Rd. and the Fort Worth, TX location at 2936 W 7th St. the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with.

Didn't open their doors at opening time. Waited 15 minutes past 10 am and no one was around. Went to the mall instead. There was another couple waiting outside as well.

Heads up this is an authorized Verizon retailer, not an actual Verizon store. So if you have Verizon issues, go to a corporate store.

DM was awesome despite the problems we had with computer glitches which were all related to us having a rural address that is not found in the USPS system. Apparently there is no exception for these instances but 3/4ths of Alaska is rural. We were there for over 6 hours!! Thankfully we were treated well and made the hours go by much more pleasantly.
