YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY BE HELPED IN THIS STORE, BRING KIDS WITH YOU AND LET THEM RUN WILD, OTHERWISE, JOHN, THE CURRENT STORE MANAGER WILL SEND HIS EMPLOYEES HOME AND PRETEND HE DIDNT REMEMBER CHECKING YOU IN,FORCING YOU TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF YOU.John, the middle aged current store manager is an absolute failure. My family and I were the ONLY PEOPLE waiting for over an hour, 2hr before close, on a weeknight in January. I watched John send what appeared to be all but one employee home, watched customers come in, be helped and leave - all while he sat at a table and chatted it up with some couple in their 70s.At the hour mark, I asked the one employee and. He said "Uh, I didn't know we had anyone waiting." We were told when we checked in, by John that it would be a 20 min, so at the point, I let my 5 year old, at 8:40pm go BUCK WILD in the store, as we were the only people in there. I recommend letting them play with the speakers... AS LOUDLY AS POSSIBLE.Less than 3 mins later, John, somehow managed to gather the energy to get up, and go to the back, and LO AND BEHOLD, Erik walks out to help. Erik had no idea we were waiting either, so I asked John why he thought it was okay to make waiting customer sit around while he sent all of his staff home and did absolutely nothing in his actual job descriptions, He couldn't answer why he let his entire staff leave when he knew he had waiting customers, as the store manager he would know if there were people waiting in line, he couldn't do anything other than avoid looking at me. He knew, and his employee knew I was right, but he doesn't have enough spine to admit that he thought we would leave, that he could up sell us, or maybe he's one of those weirdos who only get a little power in life and think it's fun to make people wait for no reason. After his customers who had been sitting there for the entire time we had been in the mall, finally left, I wanted to talk to him, but John didn't have the intestinal fortitude to even speak to me, and slithered back to his hole in the back of the store because John is a failure.Have the life you deserve, John!

Bryce at the front door was sloppy and rude. He projected a positive attitude while verbalizing lies and negativity with a smile.I had a scheduled appointment for 7:00pm. I was 13 minutes late unfortunately, but in the 15 minute window, which he said I was out of. Being late in general I didn't complain, as he proceeded to tell me to make sure to be back in store before 8:00 closing, in order to be seen at all. My wife and I waited with an impatient 5-year-old for the next 30 minutes.At this point, the agent that became free other than himself, he released telling to go home. He then proceeded to tell us that if the other sales rep on the floor happened to finish in time we may be assisted. This was obviously going to be impossible.I will be visiting the Tikahtnu location this evening.
