Long story short I lost my phone in the airport. I went to the Verizon store to get a replacement phone and I had a great experience. Ada was the best. She helped me compare phones and plans to stay within my budget. She suggested the Galaxy s25 ultra for the better camera. Boy was she right! My pictures are crisper than ever! I definitely would recommend this store.

They were polite and helped me with trading in my old phone, pretty easy process. There was a bit of a wait since the staff were busy but not an unreasonable wait.

Customer service means taking criticism which means listening to what the customer has to say even if one does not agree with it. Not being able to do that without taking it personal makes for bad customer service.

No point going in person to this store. They have no kdea how to help you with verizon specific phone issues even though they are working in the store. Then they lie to you instead of just saying they dont know. Its a waste to have this many people working in this store who are Just standing around and when you approach them they are clueless on everything you ask. We might as well just have machines working here instead. I have been trying to block numbers on my phone for 90 days and for some reason my account doesn't let me do it I explained this to the representative they had no idea what I was talking about and I needed to get a manager then the manager told them to tell me that call filter replaced the 90-day block system I asked them when did this happen and why wasn't anyone informed about the change they didn't say anything they were just standing there the person that was helping me seems like they came from out of outer space I was asking a simple question and they completely freaked out and spaced out instead of trying to solve my issue. Call filter doesn't block calls for 90 days. I specifically asked them if it does and they said yes when it does not. They could have just said no and apologized for their lack of knowledge instead they just shouldered through with lies. I won't go back to this store

Absolutely terrible experience. The agent provided the wrong information about transitioning phone and now I have two phones and neither have service. They can only be used on WiFi.

I don’t know what you’re paying Stephanie, but it’s not enough. Friendly, and amazing customer service. Was so thorough when going through my plan with me and my family’s options. Helpful tips and recommendations, I’ll definitely be visiting this location from now on.

Went to transfer my wife’s non-Verizon phone plan to my plan with Verizon. The staff were GREAT! Connor and his manager were extremely helpful. Connor Informed us of other plan options for reference and no sales pitch. Quickly got my wife on my plan, walked out the door with two very happy customers! Great customer service! Highly recommend this Verizon store in the Dimond Mall.

If you’re looking for reliable service, consistent billing, and a company that cares about its customers, Verizon Wireless should be the last name on your list. Overpriced and under-delivering, Verizon consistently fails its customers by prioritizing profits over people.
1. Outrageous Hidden Fees
Every month brings a surprise on the bill—fees for things that were never disclosed, hidden charges for services never signed up for. Verizon’s billing transparency is so poor it borders on deceitful.
2. Customer Service Nightmares
Prepare to spend hours on hold. And once you do reach a representative, expect a lack of empathy and accountability. Every time I tried to resolve an issue, I was transferred multiple times, only to end up back where I started. For a premium-priced service, Verizon’s support is astonishingly subpar.
3. Unreliable Service in Supposed “Best Coverage” Areas
Verizon markets itself as having the best coverage, but in reality, I experienced more dropped calls and dead zones than ever before. How does Verizon justify its prices when it can’t provide basic coverage?
4. Data Throttling and Poor Streaming Quality
The moment you hit 50% of your data cap, say goodbye to fast speeds. Verizon throttles data at every opportunity, ruining video streaming, gaming, and basic browsing. Why am I paying premium prices for dial-up level speeds?
5. Expensive, Overhyped Plans
Verizon’s plans are some of the most expensive on the market, but they offer nothing exceptional to back up the high price tag. Alternatives like GoogleFi, T-Mobile and AT&T offer competitive services at a fraction of the price, without the headache.
