My husband and I walked in last week Friday to trade in our phones. Robert was the best tech hands down, wasn't trying to haggle you like a car salesman. He genuinely was working with us the entire process. He's was very patient as well since my phone took the longest to transfer. He looked up to see where the best deals was, that were best for us. Thank you so much Robert.I recommended Robert to my parents that went in today to upgrade their phones as well. They had Ayden (not for sure how you spell his name). He was being a car salesman type, he was also not attentive. He picked the wrong phone case size and screen protector sizes which will be returned to the store. Unfortunately they were told that they weren't able to get Robert and the customers are evenly spread across the techs. In a time like this I wish that you guys gave them Robert. My step mom got the 15 pro max and my mom got the 15 pro, he gave my mom the wrong case and neither one of the screen protectors fit my step moms phone. He needs to do a better job at being attentive rather than trying to rush customers at the door to make himself look good.

After a poor experience at the Verizon branch in the dimond mall, it was recommended by Verizon's customer service line to visit the store in the Tikahtnu area. I visited twice and worked with Robert on both occasions and had excellent service!! Robert gave me the facts and helped me choose the best plan for my family! The corporate branch offered far superior service compared to the Dimond Mall store and Robert was fantastic. Thanks for a great experience!

Super frustrating experience with customer DISservice. Ordered product online to pick up there. Sent son in to collect; he was denied because he didn't have my wife's ID (who ordered it). I followed up a couple days later with her ID & credit card, an order receipt, my ID, etc. Manager insinuated I was fraudulently trying to complete an order. He wouldn't call the contact number on the bank, wouldn't look at my ID to see corroborating addresses, wouldn't call bank to check credit card info, etc. Only I left was I informed (by the corporate customer service person I called to complain) that the policy is if you are not a Verizon customer, you have to show up personally to collect an order—no "agents," even if a spouse. This info is not posted well on order interface (buried), and the management's rude attitude did in no way counter that issue. I understand policy, having worked in retail management myself: poor online communication backed up by arrogant in-person representation = forever never customer and ample bad press. (All for a $50 powerbank.)

Very, very poor customer service by management. Wife ordered something online. Son going in town so he stops to pick it up. He has an order receipt, same name, etc. They refuse him, saying he doesn't have her ID. I go in a couple days later with order, wife's ID, our credit card with her name on it. Manager refused to release order to me, insinuating I was trying to commit fraud. (Turns out, buried in bottom part of online order text pile, it does say you need to come in personally to pick up order if not a Verizon customer. They should have started with this point when my son arrived, not after I'd also come in with the material they said my son needed....)

Stay away from Hunter. Ruined my Christmas eve. He was very rude. Very pushy. Made me feel stupid with all his technical terms. I just wanted to get my son a phone for Christmas. Considering taking my business elsewhere.

Went here on Black Friday to see into getting a new phone for my wife with no expectations.Well what can I say Zack provided us with the best customer service and we both couldn’t of been happier. This man is the truth and I can’t say enough about how hard this dude worked to get us the best deal. Zack helped us fight Biden and the democrats inflation problem and we thank you for it Zack. Thank you for helping make Verizon Great Again . ??

Best Verizon store in Anchorage. Associates are helpful, welcoming and friendly. Jordan and Ken are amazing and go above and beyond! Two other associates were super helpful as well, didn't catch their names, they all stayed after hours to insure that we were taken care of. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service!

Crooks!!We got a month to month phone for my job last summer, It was in use for not quite 2 months, and I had it turned off. It's been 6 months of phone calls and letters and still am getting billed, with no return calls, or responses. AND they've now turned it into collections. My credit is impeccable, and my friend and family base is even better, will make sure everyone knows my experience!!
