Worst stocked drinks I've ever seen and dirty shelves. Couldn't find what I came for... disappointing Walgreens I've ever been in... the 2nd time too and cant find my favorite drink. Won't be coming here again.

Unfortunately you shouldn't waste your time coming to this location. They can't figure out how to keep the door open during posted hours. Been an on going problem for weeks now. They open late by over an hour and you can always see signs that they had to close early

While traveling to Anchorage, our suite case was lost. Our prescriptions were in it. Hans and the pharmacy staff were great! They even checked into our insurance coverage and told me if we waited until the next day, our insurance would cover 2 of them. Most importantly my husband didn’t miss a single dose of the most important medicine.

Went into the store to look for some nails of course their beauty section is completely empty which I should have known as I was also in there a few months ago and it was empty then as well. I immediately noticed one of the employees standing at the end of the aisle watching me which I dont care im not doing anything besides looking around. I then proceeded to just get some chips mind you I never even picked anything else in the store up besides a snack mix I originally grabbed then decided to just get some potato chips I then waited in line for a couple people before me once it was my turn I put rhe chips on the counter and the manager came over grabbed the chips and said this is all your buying? Get out. I said what? Clearly she thought I had stolen something even tho I never even picked up a single thing to steal so she had no basis to even think that in the first place but anyways I had no jacket on clearly nowhere I could hide anything on my body I then lifted my purse up opened it and said do you wanna look in my purse which I shouldn't even have to do that but she refused to even look and see if she was right and just kept saying get out of my store mind you there was a big line I just decided to leave and couldn't help but completely break down after I walked out of the store. So embarrassing ive never in my life been treated like that ever in any store. I called corporate and told them the situation. Hopefully she fixes her attitude and doesn't accuse anyone else without a single reason other than I didn't spend enough money for her when the store is half empty! She shouldn't be in customer service let alone a manager treating people like that.

I like the Walgreens store the deals are great and the prices are affordable. What i dislike is the pharmacy I asked questions about my medication and the technician basically didnt know what he was talking about i asked what meds do and don't got together cause of dizzy spells I had and he said well try them out and see which ones don't go together I find that very very non professional and im sure this technician doesn't have a degree in this field. That's something you don't say to a patient especially when it comes to health and other issues are that I understand that people go by the books but when a customer has to wait 2 days for his prescription to be filled and there health is or could be in danger I find that very disappointing I had to wait 2 days for my meds cause these technicians. With my medication I cant wait a day without or issues start to happen. So I find that these technicians need to be reevaluate for the position in this field or people will go to the hospital or worse. Other than that I love Walgreens but the pharmacy needs some very improvements

Shelves need to be stocked better. Employees need not be on phone arguing when customers are around. Getting to be a very dirty store
