Smh just don’t go here. 0 stars if I could. 0 stars for the pharmacist tech. They could’ve helped a patient fill a prescription by just calling Medicaid. But they refused. 0 remorse and 0 compassion and empathy for their customers. Go to a different pharmacy.

Matthew Tapp who wrote a review a week before this writing hits the nail on the head. This particular Walgreens is a near sunken ship. When they charge you 38% of your copay for 5% of the refill and FAIL to fill the remainder, but then want to charge you full copay again to get the full refill, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! This isn't the first time I've had problems with them refilling prescriptions, but it will be the last. Do yourselves a favor and get your prescriptions elsewhere; whether here in town or online. Heck, any other Walgreens in Anchorage is probably better. Hans will probably thank you. Hats off to him and the other techs trying to keep the lights blazing as management there has clearly doomed the ship to the bottom. Probably on the corporate chopping block list to ultimately close.

The pharmacy in this Walgreens has absolutely no ideal how to pharmacy. They have turned getting a refill into a minimum 4 step process.3 months I tried this pharmacy it was so consistently bad that I'm changing. If you have to use Walgreens any other one is better than this one the east northern lights one is worth the across town drive to avoid here. The sad thing is the staff at this pharmacy know how bad it is but they show zero signs of caring or make no effort to improve.

I despise Walgreens so much. Horrific company, horrific employees (and when you do find a good one Walgreens makes it their mission to get rid of them). Am entirely inhuman company. Their "charities" are just holding accounts for their money. The do not value people, and are predatory in commerce. Stay away if you can help it, steal if you cannot.

This Walgreens suck! I’ve been in the store for over 30mins looking for icyhot and I sled the cashier to assist me a she said it was either in isle 26 or 27. Spent another 20mins looking for it and till couldn’t not find it. By this time the store is closing and she said she can NOT help me because there were closed. What kind of customer service is that. This Walgreens will eventually close down for good because their customer service is horrible.

Worst costumer service of my life,
Got hung up on twice today by a male working behind counter at pharmacy located at debarr Walgreens, when I finally got through the 3rd time I was curious of a medication I was giving my daughter because the seals came opened. (I am unaware of it and just wanted to double check) he acted like I should already know this and let me know how bothered he was by calling I will take my buisness else where. this is the last time I will go there. Sorry to be such a inconvenience ?
Do something about your employee, it’s sad to see and definitely an unpleasant feeling when a customer is getting treated this way. Especially when it’s concerning my kids well being!!!

Worst pharmacy to get your rxs from. They take wks just to fill a rx. Not only that, they never answer the phones. It rings for 20 minutes someone picks up and disconnects the phone. Worst customer service!!!

This store has the cleanest walgreens in town.The staffs are on the spot.I was having trouble finding some of my items but the lady staff Sasha assisted me on the spot and got what i needed.

Wow. Made an appointment online for a vaccine. Showed up 15 minutes early but still spent 45 minutes in line. They said they saw my appointment was made but the online scheduling system didn't capture my information and I had to fill out my info again on paper. Waited 20 more minutes in a dirty waiting area before the pharmacist took me into an even DIRTIER room with empty cardboard boxes and an old cooler to give me the shot. There was blood or some kind of fluid on the chair. The pharmacist was nice and apologized for the wait but everything else was terrible/disgusting. I will never go back.

This pharmacy is the worst, they either close early, close for days at a time or take days to get your refill done. This time.. I paid for my prescription online only to get there and have them tell me that it wasn’t paid for and I had to leave without my prescription which I am now having bad withdrawals from. Called today and the lady told me I needed a QR code that was sent to my email. Would have been nice to know when I was in the store but the man helping me (the pharmacist) didn’t have a clue how to help me, neither did the other man working. Very frustrating and I am changing pharmacies. Do not recommend this location.

Pharmacy is always closed to early. We can never pick up our medication refills on time because they close to early. Also when I call the pharmacy no one answers they just pick up and hang up.
