Pharmacy is always closed to early. We can never pick up our medication refills on time because they close to early. Also when I call the pharmacy no one answers they just pick up and hang up.

There's never anybody to answer the phones so don't bother calling. Not sure what's going on with the pharmacy but it's an absolute mess. I wouldn't trust my prescriptions to be sent here anymore. Time to transfer to Fred Meyer.

Not sure what is happening with this pharmacy but it's always severely backed up or closed. The last three times I have gone the drive thru is closed and there is a line inside the store that takes 30-45 mins to get through. I tried to get a rx refilled for 6 weeks and Everytime I called I was told an order was never placed or they had no answer on what my rx status was.

Horrible service and wasn’t able to fill my prescription the entire day, it got requested at noon. When I called to speak to someone about my insurance they transferred me and the person on the phone literally hung up on my when it was connected.

As usual. My medication wasn't ready. They weren't going to fill it until I showed up and explained how I was going to pay. Answer. Cash. So I get to go home and come back tomorrow. Yipee?Sinus infection. One more night of misery. Thanks Walgreens.

I have used Walgreens for prescriptions because they have a drive through. The Walgreens I use has not had the drive through open the last three times I’ve gone by and my prescriptions which were called in the day before were not ready. If I have to go inside for service I might as well use Fred meyers

The inconvenience this place has caused is inconceivable....the only 2 people worth anything here is tech guy and girl...not alisha...they had me on hold for 2 days...and if I could have talked to someone it could have been fixed if they could have just canceled the scripts it could. Have been called elsewhere...but I took 2 days to do that....they almost killed me!!!!!

I had a nightmare experience with passport photos at a previous Walgreens, and one of the workers here helped me out! She was very nice and open about what requirements go into the picture and even showed me the picture before she fixed it up. She even gave us the pictures for free! Honestly it was so kind of her.

It took 2 days to get my prescription ready for pickup. When I have an early morning appt. prescription is always ready to be picked up that same day. They aren’t organized, work slow, & the new female pharmacist manager, is rude, impatient, & doesn’t disclose the information needed. I had to get a new prescription sent out to a different location due to it being out of stock at my usual Walgreens. I called around to see which Walgreens had my prescription in stock, I made sure to ask if they had the generic medication in stock, they said yes. I got a new prescription sent to Debarr Walgreens yet once I got home I noticed I was given an off brand medication without them even asking or letting me know. All other locations always notify “we don’t have the generic, are you okay with the off brand for this prescription pick-up?” They always give you an option, Not them! So always make sure to ask & make sure you get what you usually pick up. She then told me “We don’t carry generic prescriptions, only the off brand” & That would’ve been nice to know before getting a new prescription sent to Debarr location! I asked her to transfer me to someone to file a complaint & she hung up on me after cussing me out that they weren’t in the wrong. I have a choice to get generic, or off brand yet they didn’t communicate that but stuck me with off grand medications without letting me know. My body is use to certain brands & doesn’t do well with off brand medications.

Walgreens on 88th never answered my calls. But this location actually took less than 3min to answer and I was able to get a refill on my grandmother’s diabetic medicine ! Thank you very much !

You can get a vaccine here with an appointment. But a long wait. I noticed their floors are very dirty in the part of the store leading to the pharmacy. But the staff at the pharmacy was very helpful. They DO have a drive thru pharmacy.

DONT GO 2 THE 7600 DEBAR RD!!walgreens on debar is hiring Walmart pharmacist, which were taught differently. They go by very strict rules even tho walgreens rules are not as strict. Pretty soon , every pharmacist will be NEW, , all the old ones will be retired. Which means people should take action now & stop going to the pharmacies where the new pharmacists won't give ppl there meds when the store says its ok. SUCH AS WALMART, CERTAIN WALGREENS( 7600 )The pharmacist is not in danger of loosing there license, they are just power hungry.As JON SAID HE IS THE KING SHERRIF IN TOWN & THE DOCTORS BETTER LEARN.But, ppl will scream & yell when it's too late. ?& no one will fill there meds.THE PHARMACIST---JON , haS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE--- / (women especially)like they are beneath him,, & when he starts yelling it crosses several lines. ( walgreens obviously does not care as I made 2 reports ,1st the General manager of Alaska calls ,& said he would call me back after looking into JONs/ "situation." (I'm sorry situation, speaking to women negatively & yelling is a situation, ok Walgreens!!)

This Walgreens is horrible. Do not go here for your prescription. I gota libre senor for my dog. It wasn't even medicine and not only did it take forever and never get it. When we asked questions Hans acted like he was upset that we were asking questions. Bad business and customer service. I wouldn't get prescription there for me or my dog!

They lost this customer forever,,,,,,over $2,,,,,I bought a $2 item,,,,came back in 1 hour to exchange for a very similar item without a receipt to the same clerk who just saw my face ,, no go,,,,no refund without receipt,,,,I only wanted to exchange,,,,okay bye-bye. You folks are high priced anyway. Now no reason to go there?
