Vince and crew here in the Anchorage, AK location have been wonderful in all aspects. The ordering online platform is efficient and always has a lot of information as well as pricing. The orders are pulled quickly by the warehouse and are delivered usually next day. The drivers are always very courteous and notify us upon delivery. If we ever have any questions or need assistance with new supplies or dispensers - Vince is quick to step in and assist us with an excellent solution. I highly recommend using them for all future janitorial and other supply needs for your business - it was a no-brainer to switch over to them.

Great experience! The salesman helped me with all of my paper needs better than even Jim Halpert would have. The front desk rivaled Pam & the customer service would even give Kelly Kapoor a run for her money. Overall Michael Scott himself couldn’t have taken care of my order as well as WCP did. Truly, Dunder Mifflin has nothing on West Coast Paper Solutions!

We have been working with WCP for close to 20 years now. We are very satisfied with the services we receive from them. I would especially like to mention our Sales Representative Louie Amundson who has always been helpful in every situation. Louie is always going out of his way to satisfy our needs. He will work trying to get us through any difficult time. Like the one we are all experiencing right now. The delivery drivers are courteous and also the Service Department. We have been using WCP since when they were Frontier Paper. They have always been kind, helpful, and attentive. Their prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the delivery drivers follow directions and know how to drive their large trucks. They are wonderful, and we plan on continuing our business relationship long into the future.
