If I could I’d give Wells Fargo zero stars. This is the second time in less than two weeks that I’ve gone to a branch bank to use the ATM and the ATM has not been working. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is horrible customer service. This is totally unacceptable. I’m starting to think that this is deliberate on the part of Wells Fargo. I am wondering if the whole idea is to force us to use non-Wells Fargo ATMs so that they can charge us a fee???

I closed my account because of all the red tape and high fees for my SAVINGS account. It took me over 4 months to close it. All the customer service people were polite just never helpful.

This is my favorite Wells Fargo branch to go to. It is close to home and all of the staff are awesome. It has a drive through which is always a plus.Business or personal banking - Wells Fargo has branches everywhere so when I travel - it is easy to get what I need. But there is no place like my home branch peeps!

Can't deposit checks a day or so before, even if not being touched. Also if anyone owes you money that doesn't have an account isn't allowed to pay you through your account. Not worth having an account here. I got my account here just so I could help my parents out when possible. Just so it can be impossible. We'll find another place to bank. No thanks. Thanks for being impossible.

This place is great and they always help me get done whatever crazy scheme I need to get done. Excellent manager, friendly staff. Of all the Wells Fargos in town this one is my favorite.

The staff is very helpful and the ATM has a check reading feature that is easy and convenient. I can deposit checks in my account right at the machine even if the bank is closed on a Sunday.
