I have been a Wells Fargo customer since I was a little girl and had a joint account with my guardian now that I'm older I still use Wells Fargo and I've been coming to this location to deposit my paychecks on Saturday since the dimond center mall location closed down in February. I've been useing the ATM to deposit my money quick and easily there was one time the ATM wasn't able to deposit so I went in and had to stand in line thinking it would be fixed and it was. Now It's been a reoccurring problem and I hate to waste my Saturday standing in a line of people who have serious business that takes 15-30 minutes . When I finally get to the counter I take less than 3 minutes. Please get the deposit feature fixed on your ATM if not I don't see myself useing Wells Fargo to hold my money any more.

I would give zero stars if I can. I would not recommend to anyone. I had terrible first time home buying experience with them. I trusted the banker and the bank 100% and they have failed me so badly.1. The banker promised 500 visa gift card just for using them just for being an ADA member. Promised it will be delivered after I sign the contract. Even after I signed the contract, I never received it.2. Promised first time home buyer discount on the rate. A .125% below the promised rate and it never happened. Verbal promises was done even after I signed the contract that it will be done but never done.3. Promised zero in origination fees. Ended up paying thousands of dollars in origination fees. When I confronted the banker about it, he just stated that that origination fee is not the origination fee and that everyone pays for it. This is all lies because when I refinanced with a different bank there really was 0 dollar for the origination fee.4. Rate lock was promised with promise of lower rate if it goes down near the contract time. They never ran the rates again even with multiple requests.5. The banker stated that he promised a congratulation gift that would be delivered to me. It never arrived.6. Placed complaint regarding all of the mentioned above. They said they will look into it and get back to me in 2 weeks. They kept saying its done but it needs to be looked over by their lawyers. It actually took like 8 months after so many phone calls to them. They were rude and not helpful. They then dismissed every single complaints I had and stated that its all my fault for not understanding it properly since it was explained to me so many times by my banker that none of the above would apply to me. All lies. They would not provide a single proof about it stating that they don't have too. Very very very unprofessional.7. Talked to the banker regarding all these above and he stated that he would do his best to keep his promises but never happened.8. Recently the banker reached out to me stating he is at a different bank now and to refer all my friends and families to him. Reminded him about all of the above and asked him for a response and of course there was no response back. lol definitely not going to refer anyone to him or Wells Fargo or to that new bank that he works with.When buying a house/car or getting a personal loan, I would suggest checking rates with many banks as you can, Don't trust the bankers/banks as they are only interested in what they earn and not looking out for you. Don't sign the contract before all the promises are fulfilled because once you sign the contract, it's all over and they will make you a liar.

They are closed on the weekends which makes it hard for people who work during the weekdays. I wanted to open up my kids an account but it looks like we have no choice but to go elsewhere. Hopefully in the future they will open back up on the weekends!

I feel stuck using Wells Fargo cause they’re the only bank with a national presence in Alaska and I do travel to the lower 48 often. But geeze are they awful sometimes. This branch only has the outside ATM in the drive-through. I went to use it on my bike which was no fun to start with. And then there’s a long line because the stupid thing isn’t working. Really how bad can you get? I had to ride my bike through the awful traffic on diamond to use the ATM in the Holiday store. Zero stars!

Wait is over 5 minutes. My simple question was referred to a “banker” (who are you, then?) and they are not available — no wait option offered. Hmm, bankers not available at a … bank??So glad I bank with y’all. Well, not for long.

And when I finally got to the teller I felt she was short with me wasn’t friendly at all seemed like she hated her job or was too tired which made me feel negative about my experience gave it a 3star Because I’ve always trusted Wells Fargo from past experiences

Okay, so I went cash a check written on a Wells Fargo account. I went through the drive thru and waited for the carrier tube to be returned. After several minutes the tube was not returned thus my cash was missing as well as (4) four forms of ID. I notified the teller that I had not received the carrier and was then sent a carrier containing another persons ID and a large deposit. I again returned the carrier tube and asked for my cash and ID. Oh sorry, another customer was given the ID and cash and drove away!!!! Please wait while we contact the other customer. Now I've been waiting 30 minutes with a flight to catch. Check in is less than an hour away. Some stranger is holding my boarding ID and a credit card!!! I am now sent my original cash of $1192.50. The teller now comes out to my vehicle. I explain I am boarding an airplane but now have no identification. I firmly but non aggressively ask for my fee to cash the check drawn on their bank be refunded and ask if I should get my attorney involved. The teller returns to his window and returns me the fee charged. $7.50. They again attempt to contact the customer. I was told the supervisor would come out to speak to me but he they did not appear. I was told to wait in line that the customer was returning with the ID's. Now I am sent again $1192.50 cash!!!! And my ID's. I'm flabbergasted! I demand to speak to his supervisor. He does appear and apologized but tells me they have five drive ups and can't control where the carriers are returned to. I missed my check in arriving twenty minutes late and must reschedule the flight and pay additional change fees. So okay you decide now if your interested in doing business with this financial institution. I never have nor ever will trust my money with Wells Fargo.

SHREDS RIVAL BANKS CARDS Today I was with my girlfriend at the Wells Fargo ATM inside the dimond center mall. Since it is the only atm in the mall we were forced to use this one. Upon inserting the card and selecting check balance the machine held onto it without explanation, or follow up on account balance. after five minutes on the phone with Wells Fargo they confirmed the card had been SHREDDED. My girlfriend complained about the shredding, saying that it is ridiculous only to be told they wont reimburse us for a new card or give us the shredded pieces back. Very upsetting.
