My wife and I walked in with some questions related to an error we made in our online banking account addresses, simply to get information on how we can fix the issue. Some teller at another counter began loudly proclaiming that she will be publicly using us as an example to other customers and was pretty condescending while the gentleman actually helping us at the table was very polite and helpful. I could hear her talking about us to the other employees, and it made my wife and I feel very stupid for coming in to try and fix our issue. We will not be returning to this branch, although the other employees were helpful and professional.

Only one teller with the line backed up to the door every time. Got more people in cubicles than tellers. Wait times are easily an hour every visit. Should just close this location down and only have an ATM here. Easier and faster to drive half way across town and go to another location.

I have come in pretty regularly and there is one teller without exaggeration. Spent over 40min waiting in line with other people bc the poor teller was by themselves as usual.Why is there one teller? This location is always busy. The bankers in the cubicle are literally watching TikTok

This bank is an absolute fraud. They stole $300 from my fiancés account and they responded that they did nothing wrong. Disgusting.

Horrible wait times and Service standards. 7+ people in line, taking 15mins or more per transaction and 2 employees sitting in their offices when a line of this length froms they need to take notice!

HORRIBLE customer service. Longest wait times I've ever experienced at ANY bank, WF or otherwise. Using the drive-thru option does NOT make it any better or easier. I cannot imagine how this branch remains open. Hands down, the WORST bank in south central Alaska.

Slowest lines ever. Insufficient staffing. All I needed to do was deposit cash. I went to night deposit box. No deposit envelopes anywhere in lobby or outside. Management’s lack of competence to fix the experience of customers here is staggering obviously. Just look at the reviews.

I don't even bank here, and I never would, but my landlord does. I've been here 5 different times just to deposit a simple $1600 Money order into an account and literally every single time there are 12+ people in line and only 1 teller. Multiple managers just sit at their desks and watch all of their customers grow angrier by the minute and don't do anything to correct this problem. It's no wonder they hide their tellers behind bullet proof glass. Thank Jesus I only have to deal with Debarr or any other Wells fargo location 1 time a month. I don't know who in their right mind would choose to bank or do business at this location. FNBA I walk right in and although the Muldoon staff isn't all that friendly and act like you are committing a crime at least they have 3-4 tellers and are fast.

Terrible customer service. On a Friday there are only 2 people in the lobby with a line of 10+ ppl waiting. Also the bankers who handle other matters are all sitting on there phones doing absolutely nothing. Not a good look. Only using this bank because I just moved here and there is no navy federal, would definitely NOT recommend

Such a big bank and yet I can’t get withdrawal $6k cash from my business account. Very unreliable for business. Had to go to two branches just to get MY cash out! Do better please!

The branch on the debarr has poor customer service. Lines are always long and they appear to always not have enough tellers on.duty to assist the customers.
